whatever, he is not answerable to anyone for any decision he makes, so far it doesn't infringe anybody within the ambient of the law.
Most muslim are damn wicked, religion of peace indeed.

The answer is very simple, this is what you should do.
place an advert for teachers recruitment in a place very close to the entrance of the school.
Now, grant interview for those who came, tell them you will get to them.
Let us see if those your teacher would not sit tight.
