The Officers and Men of the Nigeria Customs Service comprising of Kaduna/Katsina Command, FOU Zone ‘B’ and CGC Compliance Team have intercepted three trailers conveying contraband goods, worth Millions of Naira. The three trailers conveying soaps and used tyres were intercepted on Thursday 31st December 2015, along Batagarawa Road, Katsina State.

My question is why in katsina? I believe that this goods are imported into this nation. Why did the custom not impound it at the sea port or aairport? Why wait until an ordinaly business man some where trying to make a Living travel all the way to either lagos or onitsha or kano to buy this goods and at the end gets it consficated by the custom service. Why allow ordinaly business man to suffer while allow the main peole importing it to live in freedom and still will go to imporet it again and again. And at the end an ingnorant Nigerian will say that customs are working. Let the truth be told if sanity is to be in custom, it should start from the head. To me our Nigeriaan custom service are not doing any work as long as am concern. If u pay well u won't get caught, and if u did not you will be made the headline .

I love your spirit man. They suffer most in this country and yet nothing to show for it. They are the one on roads under sun and yet live a bit above poverty.
