Many outsiders who mean well bought properties in Eastern Nigeria the way Igbos bout land and properties all over the country.

The difference between the Eastern Region and other parts of Nigeria is as follows;

The Fulani would never buy any property in the west or east but would rely on their feudal leaders to promugate policies that would forcefully grab people's indigenous lands and hand over to them in form of RUGA etc.

The Yorubas are so beclouded by tribalism that they rarely buy properties outside their natural areas of the west from the indigenous people of the other areas.

Igbos are naturally capitalists and sell their properties to the highest bidders and never based of religion or tribe.

For the avoidance of any doubt, it would profit the other ethnic groups to channel their hatred on the hardworking Igbos into efforts to learn how the Igbos painstakingly make money through long-suffering and dedication to their businesses without any government patronage.

AN EMPTY AND NONRESIDENTIAL SPEECH BY A PRESIDENT

Buhari has NO Constitutional Power to shut down any state for whatever reason, with recourse to the National Assembly.

He still thinks that he's in the khaki era.

Nigeria has NO FUNCTIONAL PRESIDENT.

Countries that have active presidents have their presidents giving real-time periodic update to the citizens, providing obvious leadership and giving them hope in this trial time.

In Nigeria, there seems to be someone in the presidency who does not even know what is happening around him, but has 'A Cabal' that runs the country disjointedly.

It's so unfortunate that some few people who claim to be informed and educated would come online to defend this irresponsibility and backwardness in governance.

We do not need images of the president, if there's any.

We do not need audio-less videos of a president, if there's any.

We need an active president who can provide leadership from the front like every other president and leader in the world is doing this period.

We do not need a president that would always be quoted in 'Reported Speeches', with the media always showing only his framed pictures and quoting him in reported speeches.
We need a president that would actively address Nigerians regularly on video, [weekly at the least], and provide the needed leadership in these trial times.

For now, there is no single person in Aso Rock who the bulk stops at his table [as a president]. We simply have a cabal that dishes out orders while an ineffectual person [that looks like a president] sits and looks around.

We simply need an active president that is in charge, and whom the people voted for.
