Dear Nairalanders, indeed we have lots of good guys here. I saw Kakakibuy posts here and decided to give him a try. I picked up is number, added him to my WhatsApp and we had our first chats on April 17, 2016. We started shopping and the various forex restrictions and the rates became big issues. Infact he had to return the first installment payment I made when I wasn't sure of the date I would achieve financial close. Eventually, with the help of God, opportunities to raise the required cash presented itself and I started sending money to him again through a friend in USA. I pay the dollar to my friend's relative here and he pays the same amount to Kakaki's US account. This was done in 4 installments over a period of almost 2 months. Everyone including my wife, friends and relations thought I was hypnotized. I've never seen this guy before, don't know where her lives. Don't know anything about him not even his real names, he is not even based in Nigeria. I don't know him beyond Nairaland as Kakaki! I took delivery of my '06 Lexus RX 330 which was cleared by Adexfem of Naiaraland. These guys have good network to solve your car needs. I strongly recommend them to anyone. Infact I recommend them 100%. You can just trust the work to them and go to sleep it would be perfectly done. In my next posts, I will try to upload some whatsApp chats and the action process and pictures. |
I'm a banker and have appraised and also recommended similar shopping-complex projects for financing to my bank. Can we do offline? I will like to make some suggestions on how you can make it more commercial and increase the ROI. Please contact me if you don't mind. Thanks |
Dear OP, the folks here have said all that needs to be said. In fact the puppy also tore her cloths to confirm that you married an extraterrestrial human. A "stitch" now will save your life. |
CaaseStudy:Your Neighbour is right though under this circumstances she is wrong. Reason? You weren't just flying or saw yourself flying for no just cause. You were under attack and somehow you flew to safety. The incantation thing is also under similar circumstances. I'd be concerned if you saw yourself flying in dreams without a reason. Cheers. |
Dear OP, things of the spirit are better discerned by the spiritual. Your help can only come from a Bible-believing Church/prayer house. However, I can infer, from you post, as follows: 1: you are doing better in life than most of your family members. 2: certain elements are looking for ways to bring your success down in life. 3: you have what Christians call - Anointing. Hence your saying incantations and flying when under life threatening attack. 4: the earlier you give you life to Christ the better for you. God loves you. |
The prices are very competitive. Please drop your shop or warehouse address for folks who are interested and prefer to pick up. Cheers. |
Is the missing man not the author of the text How To Read More? |

Great education! If only the people will listen... |
I am about to commerce construction of 4 units of 3 bedroom storey building at Olokonla close to Pan Atlantic University, Ajah. Is it advisable to include stone dust in the mixture of the cement and sharp sand? I'm sourcing the sand at Sangotedo. I'm thinking of making 30 pieces of 9 inches block per cement bag. Hope it is Ok? I purchased blocks for the fencing of the land. |
@OP, we don't need this your security alert on a social platform. You write as if we are Owelle. Please send your Owelle a letter. Had Owelle performed, he would have won the election in a landslide! The change would also happen in Imo State if the electorate feels he hadn't passed after four years in Office. Therefore, take your advice to the gods. |
Wetin we no go read for this site. @OP, you get humor sense wella. Lol. To answer that question: all of the above applies. |
@Appleyard - Bookface already answered you and he is on point! |
@OP. Your analysis is one-sided. You didn't mention the fact that the countries that were formerly within Russia orbit of influence now joining NATO are doing for purely on economic reasons - to ensure the prosperity of there economies and integrate it into the 21st century. Hanging to security concern as basis for these countries joining NATO is also justified. Russia rather than using modern methods of influencing these countries is opting for the old style of stiring dessident and financing uprising. Had you followed the events in Ukraine properly, you would agree that the people wanted integration with Europe. The rivalry between NATO and Russia would continue until the latter understands that the 21st century thinking has already rendered them archaic. |
@the article writer: you wrote with so much hatred for America. The type of hatred that fits perfectly into the terrorist driving force. You honestly need deliverance! |
;DLet's focus on the other side of this story: headline - Ikimi defects to PDP. |
Where is Femab Estate. Give a description. Thanks |
Why can't the bombshell be released now to guide our votes in 2015? That way we must have at least made some corrections. |
Where is Jennifer of SMoothFM's Single and Smooth programme? |

@OP, Very good preaching but you forgot that if she fails to do what she did and when she did it, she would put her life at risk for a "dishonorable father". How? Because, in the eye of the public, she was once a part of the ruling elite who with their education, could not make any impact in government when they had the opportunity. Now, it only make sense if she exonerates herself from the self guilt. Doing this after her dad's demise would not make a sense. I strongly support her actions. You has a "Pastor" should first teach her father to be "fatherly". Since you "failed" in this aspect please keep/save you advise. This is for me anyways: I will now respect Iyabo and greet her whenever I run into her in the streets of America or elsewhere. The notions I had of her, are now replaced by that of respect. |
I'm reporting from umuofuga-Umuhu Okwuato community in Aboh-Mbaise LGA of Imo State. The eclipse has just started partially. |
But Sorry Fani, GEJ may not be voted out. |
@OP, if I were you, I'd rather ask those that made 1st class or 2.1 what they did. |
Dear OP, no wahala God will give you the job of your dreams but don't be shy to start small. |
OP, wetin be your problem sef? Have they not asked you to resume or you decided not to resume? That English get K-leg please take a moment to post the true position. With two 2nd degrees, I expected better write-ups from you. Ordinarily, jobs I mean good ones are scares these days but if you are humble enough something good should come your way soon. |
olajide_07: I beg to differ on your reference to BOI, I am a beneficiary of Dangote funds, though it took the intervention of SLS to assess it, the only challenge is the repayment its crazy we need at least a 10year breather, they are only giving us 2years - look at the cost implication, look at our staff salaries, then consider rentage's on properties where we occupy, as I speak most of us that were given loans, are already getting out of business and folding up, the *BOI* are now looking for how to repossess and sell the equipments they financed I just received a threat call from them also (- the solution longer repayment periods single digit loan interests) further exposure to business opportunities *so they can recover their loans without defaults* the states and the BOI, already have agreements on counter part fundings (50-50) so its available at states the problem is will the state governors allow the people that need the funds have assess to it? Coming to the issue at hand the ministry of aviation has come with aero-tropolis, commerce should come up with industrial cities, like for example if the whole area 1, or Gudu district in abuja could be turned into an industrial area, it would be easier to provide consistent 24/7 power - but because of the level of direction*lessness* they wouldn't do such a thing. This thread is quite interesting. It has been long I saw a serious intellectual discussion like this on Nairaland. Lol. I believe we are in the era of cheap funds and long tenor. Take for instance the CBN N500 billion restructuring fund for commercial banks loans to manufacturers and the Power and Aviation Funds. I won't elaborate on this initiative but the beneficiaries will testify how successful it is. This is a typical example of purposeful government interventionist programme handled by CBN-BOI. The model is now being replicated in other African countries. My challenge is people trying to use text book economics in Nigeria. It doesn't work here. We are living in a country that require special approach something of outlier. This is why no PHD scholar who had not passed through the system had been successful in any national assignment. I'm sorry to say this, the writer of that article won't do well if given the opportunity to lead a financial organisation in Nigeria because his analogies are rooted in textbooks. Reduce MPR and the naira will fall. Who bears the brunt? The Masses. The manufacturers will now buy their equipment which are usually imported at exhorbitant prices and the spare part as well will be expensive. The cost will now be passed unto the consumers. Remember Structural Adjustment Programme? What we should be concerened with now is why is it that we don't have capacity in engineering, science, technology etc. Without these competencies and competent hands investments made in power and infratructures will not yield the desired effect. That is why despite huge allocations for the critical segments nothing is happening. I use this medium to challenge all undergraduates and other students to rise to the occasion and begin to think in direction of application and not theories. Finally, the quote above is let the quoted know that the loan given by BOI to his company, which he said was going bad, couldn't possible have been influenced by anybody except his proposal. The failure is not because the loan is expensive - you got it for 5% and the tenor is determined by the cashflow you submitted except you have no proper knowledge of your industry before applying and collecting the loan. I think that goverment is trying. We need to do our bits as youths to grow this country. Thanks. quote author=olajide_07] I beg to differ on your reference to BOI, I am a beneficiary of Dangote funds, though it took the intervention of SLS to assess it, the only challenge is the repayment its crazy we need at least a 10year breather, they are only giving us 2years - look at the cost implication, look at our staff salaries, then consider rentage's on properties where we occupy, as I speak most of us that were given loans, are already getting out of business and folding up, the *BOI* are now looking for how to repossess and sell the equipments they financed I just received a threat call from them also (- the solution longer repayment periods single digit loan interests) further exposure to business opportunities *so they can recover their loans without defaults* the states and the BOI, already have agreements on counter part fundings (50-50) so its available at states the problem is will the state governors allow the people that need the funds have assess to it? Dear OP, you made quite a number of point and stayed in between the most ideological policies. I will make a brief analysis of what you said and why the CBN current moves tend to be sensible given the times. MPR - some have argued that the MPR should be lowered and I believe you seems to support this assertion. But come to think of it: Commercial banks are not going to open their vaults for most manufacturers. They prefer trades which are quick wins. So, lowering the MPR won't change this. You may check history and justapose periods of lower MPR to commercial banks lending to the real sectors of the economy. Infrastructure - this is where I believe government should begin to seriously tackle. Recent interventions in this aspect have not yielded commensurate result. Development Banks for each state - we both know that this is not workable. Do you know how much will be spent on overhead for the proposed banks? Let's instead empower the existing DFIs and broaden their scope. I'm presently typing from phone and as such won't be able to go into more details. However, the article is a good intellectual piece. |

newken: BOI – BANK OF INDUSTRY OR BANK OF INDOLENCE?Dear OP, I work with the Bank of Industry. Although, I don't have details of what you just complained about, I will like you to send me a mail with the details so that I can revert to you with the true position. I would like to reiterate that BOI investment decisions are based squarely on projects value addition, positive socio-economic impact and these decisions are based on very robust and sound judgements. NOT sentiments. These virtues have over the past years earned BOI international recognition and accolades. Please, do send me an email on omadu@boinigeria.com. Kind regards. |
Interesting. Please, post the audio of the lecture. |
