Can you imagine this, recently in my children's school, the school audiologist conducted the routine ear test for all the students, & it was discovered that my neighbor's daughter has low hearing ability due to fluid behind her ear-drum. The parents took her to the hospital & the ear-specialist told them the ear-system could normalize itself, & the fluid could be drained out. He asked the parents not to worry, that after three months they should bring her for another test, & if fluid is still there, then they will need to perform some surgery to drain the fluid & the girl can hear better! Lo and behold, the girl has done the surgery and she is hearing better.
With our President going abroad to treat ordinary ear infectn, I am sure this young girl wouldn't 've had hope, were my neighbors Nigerians living in Nigeria.

I am sure Nigerian State would pay far lesser, if he treats the ear infection at home, than treating it abroad. The cost of transportation alone would have been avoided!
