YOBE BORNO Adamawa dont Hold der orientation camp der.they do deir orientation camp in oda states and you have Automatic Redployment to any state of ur choice after camp.

so if there are going to be redeploy what is reason behind the statement that "all the people that choose trouble zone will be deploy now" does that means that they want to pay them for taking risks of selecting those state?
