Thanks. My application was rejected for hbrs, I didn't do some of the modules in my first degree. Someone with a microbiology background doesn't stand a chance...cos the rejection was solely based on the lack of the '2' modules.
Reason why I'm trying to find out the programs that could easily admit someone with my background.

Me too. I have a BSc in Biochemistry.

I did colored photocopies of my Documents 1set, notarized the 1set, then did colored copies of the notarized copies to the schools i applied to.

Na you people sabi wetin you term “photocopy”, All na copy. What is colored should be photocopied as colored since it’s official. Thats what i did!

It's obvious that this bros hasn't gone through the 4 walls of this thread. If you like make a thousand colorrd photocopies.. You're to certify each and every one of them.. As long as you'd be using these photocopies.

You can't photocopy a document that has been certified. Instead you should certify the photocopy.

This shouldn't be true. Most schools request for the original certified or notarized documents not Photocopy. The documents that carries the original stamp and signature.

Inorder words, if you're sending to 5 diff schools.. You have to use 5 sets of documents.. Each must be certified. Except if you're using Uniassist.

Quick one pls.. If my Transcript is address to a school in South Africa... Can i still use that same transcript for a schl in Germany? Or i have to get another one.

Uniassist won't certify the transcript unless there is a signature and stamp on every page. Mine is 5 pages. And my schl stamped and signed just the last page. Do i still uave a chance? Even though it was stated clearly on their website to sign n stamp every page.

Also the address on the transcript is a south African university address.. Will it still be accepted?

Please i have a little concern, for those of us who already have admissions and are awaiting for April 2018 to request for our new admission letters for winter 2018/2019, do we require to certify our school documents before been granted an appointment in the German embassy, i just found a letter where they stated that we actually do need to pay 10 EUR at the embassy to do each document.

Is this needed for us who already have gained admission and seeking a visa or is it only for those who are still applying for an admission at a Germany university. This one that the embassy is saying every page of your transcript must be signed and stamped. My schl just signed and stamped on the last page oo.

1. if your language of instruction is English. You don't nees TOEFL /IELTS. Some schls states it clearly on their requirements. If you can't find it, pls ensure you send them a mail. But most schls I've seen always state it.

2. I don't know of private law firms.. But it's usually High court or Embassy. Again, some schls specifically prefers embassy.

3. Whch one is organization? Never heard of that. You can cinvert your grades yourself. Not necessarily before registering, if your grades are required in German grade system, you'll have to convert it your sef. There is a formula for that. No need for organization.

4. mostly berlin, since it's the capital. Ionno ofnother places. Hannover, hamburg, bremen and ulm are nt bad.

after paying Uni-assist fee, since they have my documents, can I use Uni-assist to apply to more than one school or i'll be paying everytime I need to apply to other schools?

For every school you want to apply to through uniassist, you get to pay a fee.
The first school is 75€, every other application after that is 30€ each.

You can use uniassist to apply to other schls.. That's if the university specifically states you should apply via uniassist.

Oh ok. You don't get to choose. Or rather, nothing like this ever. None that I've come across.

It's either direct online application, via post mail or Uniassist.

Yes. Take your time to check through the website. If it's not on uniassist, check the school website. Some schls dnt use uniassist some are direct online applications, while some require you send your documents via post mail.

So.. Check thoroughly and search. The school always explains how to apply. I'm also confident that Uniassist has that too on their website.

Yes. It is. No need for TOEFL/IELTS if you studied in Nigeria, but you will need a Letter of Profiency from your university stating your language of Instruction was English.

There are so many universities. But only the winter semester is available (higher chances of getting admission)

There are different schls. Just use DAAD and filter your choices.

No. It's real. Results are out. Check your application page. The page youbused to click your exam pass for the entrance exam. Click view results.

You may also check your name here. But the list/department have not been fully updated.

Also, I'm applying for winter sep/oct, can i apply now.. Or i should wait till april/jun when the application opens again.

Another thing is the VPD stuff..does it mean i can still apply anytime regardless of the winter session.

Go to https://www.daad.de/deutschland/studienangebote/international-programmes/en/ for your intended course and check the requirements, get all the documents needed and certify them either at high court or use a lawyer or certify for free at the German embassy. then send to the school address, most schools will close this month for summer semester and open around April for winter semester. you can get ready for winter semester. as for English language proficiency, you can get a letter from your school which will show that your bsc was fully taught in English. you can get it at the registrars office. note that this is only acceptable if the school says so, some school require you do the English language test and you have to meet a certain score. So go to daad come back with remaining questions. Also you can start from Page 2 of this thread.

NB: your Nigerian CGPA must not be less than 3.0 /5 for better chances of admission
