I really took time to go through the thread and I most say is really empowering. Niaja are indeed gifted.
I just want to share my little experience, while in school I started an NGO which gives me satisfaction to the core, it was really doing well in the S//east co my intent was purely to give the young hope and believe that the future is really bright if all the resources available are put to use.
Along the line I found my self in banking which was my least choice because it suppress my time.
As it stands now I do not have time to run my NGO, get it registered and give it a target of 5yrs
I still need to attend training to sharpen my skills then I will quit my banking job to face it proper.
I still need advice.
