martineverest:And how did you arrive at this? Can you give few scenario this has happened in the US? |
Do you also assist buyers who are already residing in the US, or you only help prospective buyers in Nigeria only ? |
michael142:Don't you feel your response sounds retarded ? You mean a prostitute doesn't deserve to live ? |
this is my opinion, I think (strongly) that the Bible has been largely adulterated. for how can the old testament say A and the new testament says B, destroy and kill them, children and women and old people included. the other part says love all of them. my submission is what we read are not "really" God's word . God has been wrongly portrayed in the Bible to assassinate his "character". it's either we are been fooled, or God never said all those statements, or if he said it , then, he's not the true living God, or he said A and B was typed into the Bible or the Bible itself is a total fraud ! in all the above, I don't know for sure which is fills the gap correctly |
Joseid:you are talking nonsense sir/ma. the truth has been said, which one is settle Inside and not outside.. call a spade a spade and forget all this nonsense you have posted |
all this many people forming americana sef... lie lie people forming Americans don't use scrap cars (yimu). the way Americans use cars sef and the uncountable mileage on them you go fear Na. and all this Craigslist buying range Rover for $1000.. liar of the century. my people, the only problem I see with buying cars from here is the custom charges and shipping cost you will incur in Nigeria that's all... what an oyinbo will call scrap dey vex me, cuz they can't repair it, but my brothers in ladipo will fix it in 1 hour and you good to go. even the car dealers in America visit auctions , repair and sell at a high cost. my only concern is the exchange rate , as it's not friendly at the moment .. |

@Wildchild & acadollar, thanks for the reply. language course seem cheaper compared to straight Masters. @ acadollar now that Korean sponsor will pose a difficulty, u suggested apply for a masters and later changing, that means the fees will be forfeited . Also, acadollar, can one apply for a part time programme, hope that's not a red flag at the embassy? |
WildChild00:No , I used one klp@snu.ac. Actually I discovered through what acadollar said that its advicable to get into Korea via language courses + my intended course isn't on their postgraduate list, so I better run a language program, then while on ground, I can search thoroughly for my masters program. @WildChild isn't Korean proficiency part of postgraduate requirement (though I know the course is entirely english taught) |
WildChild00:. Thank you Wildchild00, was monitoring your reply like a hawk, am sending SNU a mail right away, thanks for d swift response |
@WildChild00, I have done all u said except the kdischool u mentioned, I prefer Seoul National University, but still they haven't replied, maybe you can help with the email you used I can compare with the email addy I have. I will really appreciate. |
@OP, the problem is these schools hadly reply, I have been pushing for a language course, subsequently for a postgraduate, but they don't reply mails. So am wondering how can I make progress, am in talks with all the schools u mentioned , no reply yet from any |
@acadollar please sir, I like to as a few questions... 1.after a postgraduate study in SK, can one be gainfully employed? How easy is it? And what's the wages. 2. Can I say , from your explanation that without Proficiency in Korean, one can NEVER go far? 3. Do you think one can finally and permanently relocate to SK just as others settle in UK, US etc . Thank you acadollar for your response in advance . |
Eke40seven: Age is just a number as far as getting a visa and the sponsorship letter is concerned. perform extraordinarily well in your interview and give them good reasons why you waited this long to continue your education and a good testament of what you have been doing since you graduated from school. Your gateway into Germany will be more than open and the sky your limit.thank you Eke40seven, I find the response helpful |
@topeajis, eke40seven and others , Please, is there an age limit to using a sponsor in Germany, I mean in lieu of the blocked account ; to make it more clearer, can a 30yrs and above student claim he/she is using a sponsor in Germany , secondly are there precedence of this kind of situation on this thread, have search but couldn't see any . And lastly even if its possible , do you think it won't raise a red flag during the interview at the embassy? |
@TheRoyalprince, can you please come to our aid. I intend making the application for my younger sis, but regards to what moneybag100 has said, its kinda difficult to apply , cuz of lack or proficiency in Portuguese, the application fee will pose a big problem since they don't pay online, and lastly if you can PLEASE give us a link to international admission pages of some few schools with affordable tuition it would be helpful, as efficient as I am online, am finding it difficult identifying application pages cuz most aint translated in English , and the few translated are not helpful... |
@Siga, Fhemmy, PlayPays and others that have insight to my question.. Some CO-OP requires one to be a Canadian citizen or Permanent resident, for instance courses that have endorsement of Transport Canada. My question now is as an international student (have in mind also that the CO-OP is a requirement for completion of the course) the school told me all CO-OP students are granted assistance, and also such course also has intake of International students, Now , do u think searching for a CO-OP will be easy to get ,and hope there won't be discrimination also in getting the CO-OP from organizations? |
Am a member of the car park unit , though not in Nigeria. Even in highly regulated and organized environment such as I am , we still have problems parking cars of members, the church is fined heavily for wrong parking , I mean heavy fines per car. The incident in Winners Ota, Nigeria could have been averted if both parties were calm enough to listen to one another. Am not going to say who is wrong or right cuz the church is not a court room, we are all one. I personally park more than a thousand cars every sunday, and the onus lies on our unit to explain thoroughly to members why they shouldn't park "anyhow". Every entity has procedures, and must be adhered to , to avoid anarchy.. Apologies on behalf of car park/traffic unit Ota, Nigeria |
VisaOfficer: Here's the answer from an NIV colleague:Thank you very much, now your response has answered 90% of my question on right entry into the US pertaining to my career path. Really appreciate, thank you |
iKoksi:lol. Na to Survive @sea ooo....oss, its gonna be an epistle, cuz I need a thorough guidance, I prefer u send me a message, then I can explain fully to you so u can advice appropriately. I wld appreciate that bro |
iKoksi: *Del@iKoKsi, please I need your tutelage ASAP on maritime issues, would appreciate to have a detailed discussion with you hence I need your email or bbm or any other means of getting to you . My email is juliusgbemileke@yahoo.com . Expect to hear your response .. @sea we survive |
Thank you so much for your response,in respect to the C1/D Visa enquiry I made. However , I do not intend to transit , though a C1/D Visa could also be used for transit purposes . I need the C1/D Visa for the purpose of JOINING a yatch/crew/seaman function on board a sea going vessel , my question now is to obtain such Visa, will I apply for an immigrant Visa, or obtain an employment letter from a US Vessel, or simply apply for a work permit? or get in via a tourist visa, and the company changes my status for me . |
Hello VO, I need a C1/D Visa to the States. I have never applied to the States under any category of non-immigrant Visa; What must I do to obtain the C1/D Visa? Do I have to apply for a Visiting Visa then change my status or must I get all necessary documents for the C1/D visa and apply directy? Please acknowledge.. |
De Tus: @Ola2tu, your statement is crestfallen. Which school are you heading to?ead, for now I Don't have plans into any US school for now , but I made that statement Cuz I went into any argument with my frnd in University of Michigan, though he obtained his visa approval via VIU, and he insisted 4 others got theirs via VIU@ the Abuja embassy, however his claims can be disregarded because a larger number of applicants on nairaland and the guru's in the house explained clearly why VIU is a red flag with proofs to back their claims. |
De Tus: @Ola2tu, your statement is crestfallen. Which school are you heading to?actually am just an observer on this thread, for now I Don't have plans into any US school for now , but I made that statement Cuz I went into any argument with my frnd in University of Michigan, though he obtained his visa approval via VIU, and he insisted 4 others got theirs via VIU@ the Abuja embassy, however his claims can be disregarded because a larger number of applicants on nairaland and the guru's in the house explained clearly why VIU is a red flag with proofs to back their claims. |
Hello house, I have been following the topic from the very first part. Concerning the VIU, and other universities that is tagged automatic denial, I have 5 friends now who have moved to the US with VIU , 3 moved last year , and 2 already got their visa's approved few months ago, all applied in Abuja. As someone rightly said the school has a low rating doesn't mean it has been blacklisted. The US will never approve the school and allow students pay SEVIS fee if it is blacklisted or a scam, SEVIS fee are made via the close scrutiny of the Homeland security and if the school is blacklisted it would automatically be shut down. I think the denials for students holding a VIU admission here has nothing to do with the standard of the school, but more to do with the interview section. |
A bad attitude is bad whether it is written in German or Greek. However cases of cheating and flirting are 60% inevitable in relationships, but a descent spouse will re-arrange and never return to such abominable act. But @ OP, have you wondered who this guy really is?why is she continually cheating on you especially with this same guy? I will suggest you break up and move on, but before that understand why she does this, who the guy is? And why all previous gf's of yours cheat on you. |
@house, for someone of us with the intentions of travelling to US on a visit , from a country outside Nigeria, how do we establish a Strong social/economic tie during interview ? |
Dynamic responses from nairalanders, I love this game. |
