immortalcrown: Both are good. Luggage arrangement and the transport company's policy regarding number of passengers make the difference in any of the two brands.
Nigerians are difficult to serve. They will want to travel with all the items in their house but they will refuse to book seats for the items. When the load is theirs, they intimidate the loaders. When the load belongs to another passenger, they fight for comfort in the bus. Selfishness and insincerity. Therefore, I advise you to choose seat 1 (one) in a bus that carries only one passenger in the front room (row). Thanks a lot. I'm going with GIGM. Only bus picture shows just a seat in front. Will consider seat 1. Thanks |

Which is more comfortable for long distance travel?
Comfortable especially the leg room aspect as I used to have muscle pull when travelling interstates while younger.

Like for GEJ, Share for Tinubu Are these guys the best Nigeria can offer? What a shame! Anyway, I will vote incompetent GEJ, foolish Yahaya, hopeless Hope, or even a stone than Tinubu. He was instrumental in bringing this evil government and atrocities on Nigeria. He has no business in Aso rock. For those saying all Yorubas love Tinubu, you must be sick. Not all Yourbas are foolish. It's just like saying Igbos love Uzodinma and Okorocha just because they garnered votes from some Igbos during elections. |

Kobojunkie: Why would you even consider feeding your child more food simply to have her fit in with the image of others? What next are you going to break her bones if she is teased of being taller than the other children or will you bleach her skin to fit in with other light-skinned kids?
What the heck is this? You probably misinterpreted my comment. To force-feed her is NEVER an option. |

Family › How To Counsel A 5 Year Old Girl by OlabodeTECH(op): 9:12pm On Oct 17, 2021 |
Hey guys!
I truly wish I could be anonymous with this funny but troubling challenge.... lol
My family recently moved to another part of the country and the kids changed school. We've all settled down but my daughter is yet to.
She's having a hard time making friends in her new school. She just started Primary class and daily complaint from her is that her peers call her 'a Baby' because she isn't chubby like them.
The other kids appear to be what Yorubas call "Agric"
Please note my daughter isn't skinny. She eats well and has a good stature/height for her age.
She is very confident, smart and outspoken but I feel scared she may start experiencing inferiority complexity at this tender age. No evidence of bullying though based on my discussions with her.
What can I do? |

Good afternoon Nairalanders!
I recently got a job at Rumuobiakani (PH) and I am expected to resume in August.
I have a family of four. My wife is working on a transfer to PH too once I settle down.
The issue now is I have never lived outside of Lagos all my life except for my 1 year NYSC programme at Ijebu-Ode. Please note I am a Lagosian by origin.
A friend proposed getting an apartment at Woji, Trans-Amadi or Peter Odili.
How is life like in PH in general? Is it Cosmopolitan like Lagos? Heard there is an 8pm curfew due to insecurities.
Also recently watched a video of a lady crying out about the ritual killings in some areas there. What are the things we should look out for?
Considering the volatile nature of Niger Delta (although calm for some years now), Is it really wise to fully relocate with no family, friend or support structure nearby outside of a few work colleagues? |

Jaykizz: Don't go to the branch sir. I worked in a bank and can tell you this for sure. The moment you go back there, the moment your career dies.
You need to be thinking out of the box. Let them go to Abuja. What gives you the impression you can't get a job with better pay in Abuja outside the banking sector? Isn't it possible for him to get the 'better pay' job while working in the branch? |

psucc: You can't eat your cake and have it. You must sacrifice one - the job or relationship.
By your analysis, over a million naira monthly do enter your family purse and you are still bent on Oliver Twist.
You get mind. Oga, Buhari's regime has turned the value N1M to N250k oo. You need more to cushion the effects of hyperinflation, increasing costs of goods etc.. |
