My brother, if anyone is deceiving you that you're thinking right, that person is not your friend.

What you mean is, after Buhari 8 years, we should vote Atiku for another 8 years? Only a mxd man reason this way.
What kind of slavery mentality is this?
Why didn't Buhari win the election since 2007 if you think they're the custodian of this country?
You dey xraze
Any southerner supporting another Fulani man in person of Atiku is a mxd person without common sense.

I'd rather vote useless Tinubu than allow another northerner.

You may not like it; Atiku is in pole position to win the election next month. Democracy thrives on popular votes, not emotion.

Answer me this , if the north can abandon all the work Ameachi , Tinubu and the rest did for buhari

How are we sure that if Igbos support Atiku ... northerners won't support another northerner in another party , maybe APC then ...if north can have it for 16 years what's extra 8 years ?

Answer me
The reason why the north still qualifies to occuy the position after the exit of Buhari is because they have only ruled for merely 10 years out of 23 in this dispensation. The region does not have any choice other than to relingqish the slot aftter Atiku's tenure.

PART B:Here now lies the one million naira question: will the southeast fall for the tempting carrot of pitching its tenth with the "govt at the center" by voting for APC in the next general election? The answer to this poser can best be imagined by any rational thinking nonpartisan Nigerian who truly shares in the ideology of Igbo ascention to political relevance. The victory of APC automatically shuts out the region from the scheme of any shot at the prencidency in the next 16 long years gabadaya!

NOW THE MOST RATIONAL ADVICE: Take it or leave it, the PDP despite its shortcomings remains the most veritable ladder for the Region of the Rising Sun's clamour for power, and its best bet for confining the cry of maginalisation to perpetual obscurity.

HOW DOES IT WORK?
After the completion of Atiku's term, the presidency rotates to the southern part of the country thereby leaving the southeast justifiably in pole position to lay claim to the slot.
I AM JUST TRYING TO MAKE SENSE.

Politics / 2023 Presidential Election:A Sincere Advice To The Southeast by OLADD: 1:23pm On Jan 15, 2023
PART A: For every rational thinking Nigerian who believes in equity, justice and politics of inclusion, the imparativeness of an Igbo presidency at this delicate point in the annals of our nationhood cannot by any imagination be overemphasized. However, with unfolding scenarios in the polity, it is getting clearer by every passing day, the possibity of an elusive Igbo presidency in the next 16 years or even beyond if the region places all its eggs in a basket of Obi's presidential aspiration. For the benefit of hindsights, Obi just like the other 17 prominent Nigerians jostling for the coveted presidential seat is emminently qualified in numerious areas of personal atributes. Nonethless, unless many of us just want to behave like the proverbial ostrich, he and Labour Party cannot within a spate of a short time muster a formidable structure strong enough to wrestle power from the sitting APC govt.

WHERE THEN LIES THE EASIEST PATH TO THE EMERGENCE OF A PRESIDENT OF SOUTHEAST EXTRACTION?

All this joke polls

Peter Obi 11% in the NorthWest?! 1 In every 10 people in Kano, Katsina, Kaduna, Sokoto would vote Peter Obi

From empirical evidence, the poll is flawed in all ramifications. They would know the real scores when Atiku emerges president next year. Obi will struggle for 3rd position.

This only accentuates how monetary and fiscal policies under APC and Emefiele have been flipflop and unstable. Nigerians made terrible mistake voting APC in 2015 and they would make greater one if they fall for OB/LP propaganda in 2023. The consequence will massive.

Politics / Re: Obasanjo Summary Description Of Atiku After Working Together Closely For 8years. by OLADD: 11:10am On Dec 19, 2022
muykem:
Former president Obasanjo is in the best position to reference Atiku Abubarka after both working together closely for 8years. Below is what Obasanjo told the whole world about Atiku in his book published and read across the globe.
"What I did not know, which came out glaringly later, was his parental background which was somewhat shadowy, his propensity to corruption, his tendency to disloyalty, his inability to say and stick to the truth all the time,a propensity for poor judgment, his belief and reliance on marabouts , his lack of transparency, his trust in money to buy his way out on all issues and his readiness to sacrifice morality, integrity, propriety truth and national interest for self and selfish interest"

And so? Is Obasanjo a saint? Who says he didn't put this up out of prejudice and Atiku's effort in truncating his alledged 3rd term agenda? It is Atiku's time to rule Nigeria.

You're a typical idiot. You think like a mad man under the bridge. By virtue of death, Jonathan became president in 2010 after the demise of Musa Yar'adua and in 2011 the law permited him to contest but a fool like you think the north was supposed to continue in powder after long rule they had in military era. You're the biggest fool I have ever come across. Won't waste my time with you anymore
I would have sent unprintable tantrums to your parents and entire household but it's not necessary.
By being clever by half, you sighted exigency of law to justify why Jonathan should rule after the demise of Ya'adua despite taking up north's turn but you failed to ask your demential self if there's any LAW that prevents the north from self succession. You are DULL from the WOMB.

Atiku is good but Obi is better in term of everything. Atiku is my second choice. Unlike you, I don't see Atiku's surpporters as my enemies.
That's because I don't allow emotion to dictate my thoughts. Obi's supporters ought to know that he's going nowhere in today's political landscape and his greed would only work in favour of APC. If you are an Obi supporter who is averse to APC coming back to power, your level of reasoning and judgement is moribund. Simply put; Obi's supporters are only working for APC.

Are you sure you're okay ? 2011 was the first tenure of GEj. How did he replace a southerner ? Atiku supporters are ridiculous
Typical of brainless Obi and Apc supporters, always finding it difficult to think altruistically. Jonathan completed the north's tenure after the death of Ya'adua and all of us including my goodself did not see anything wrong with it. The north could have asked him to step down for another election for the completion of their turn but they did not. Try to open your minds and stop thinking in one perverse and selfish direction.

Wrong path you're taking..Atiku is no different from Tinubu in terms of corruption and he's weak and old too. Peter Obi is a better choice. Obj that was his boss for 8 years knows why he's vehemently rejecting Atiku.
Please, can you bring out evidence of Atiku's corruption and support it by swearing with your unborn children? When has OBJ become the man that judges who is good and not good? Did he not support Buhari selfishly in 2015? When discussion on good leadership is brought to the front burner, is Obasanjo the best compere? ATIKU is the best for 2023.

If you spend a second with Peter Obi and you don't support him, you are definitely one of the problems of this country.
The same way he would talk to his brother into seeing the reality of defeat very soon.

By the way, if you notice Obi's divisive and deceitful politics and you still support him, then you must share the same vices with him. Obi's presidency would usher in hyper religious and ethnic divides and I say God forbid.

Imagine a fulaniman making such a statement. I heard him say so on channelstv last week as well. His brother is the LP candidate's running mate from Kaduna North

What has ethnicity got to do with a Fulani man supporting the ambition of his blood brother? He is doing all this to make his brother become VP but he will fail. Neither his brother nor Obi will rule this country in 2023.
