There's no way anyone can perpetually tolerate the abusive, antagonistic, petulant and boko-haramic attitudes of those mobs who call themselves supporters.

Any group of people that believe only in their ideology and reasoning but treat decenting opinions with cruel attacks and venom should be avoided like plagues.

God only gives power when He gives to their choice of candidate like Peter OBI.

They dont believed in God they only believe in themselves and Peter OBI.

They don't know that if God actually wanted Peter OBI in 2023,no man born of a woman can stop God.
Good points.

DIVINEEVIDENCE:
ADC politicians should remember that the opposition mainly consists of Obi and Atiku.

Obi should rightly have been their flagbearer only that he wouldn't have the violent clout to secure his votes against Tinubu.
As such, he should lay down arms and simply deputize Atiku.

Anything other than this set-up, INEC will beat them hands down before 10:00am on election day.

Any other person positing to emerge flagbearer is simply a circus clown.
Its one thing to play party politics and emerge flagbearer and another thing to deliver polling units at the national level.
Very apt reasoning. We've always drummed these to their ears but they will never listen just because of tribalism and greed.

And when you people are done, you get ready to collect your losing ticket from INEC just like in 2023.

We told you this same thing in 2023 when Atiku chose Okowa but you guys swore Okowa was more valuable than Obi but you got cleared.

Now, as we prepare for 2027, you lots are back to the same rhetorics and hoping for a different outcome.

As usual, be our guest in 2027.

Peter Obi or let Tinubu have his 8 years.
Always spewing rubbish and lying shamelessly. We all know it's in your DNA. Obi had left PDP even before Okowa was chosen as VP to Atiku. Wike was even the one allegedly scheming for VP slot.

It's fine whoever your choice is, but don't ever try to foist Obi on Nigerians and it will never happen.

PoliticsRe: 2027: Our Presidential Ticket Open For Contest Despite Endorsing Tinubu – APC by OLADD: 7:46pm On Aug 27, 2025
This is the first time in a very long time that I find myself commending statements issued by any APC stalwart, not necessarily for saying the truth (because I know he was telling a conscious lie) but for being diplomatic and not towing the path of recklessness in issuing a definite statement on zoning as PDP did.

Even if the intent was to assuage the south for any assumed mistake made on zoning in the past, PDP should have exercised some caution and restraint in issuing close-ended statement It's a decision that will definitely hurt the party in future. Posterity is close by.

DEY PLAY. ADC will work for his victory. It wouldn’t be like when he contested alone in the last election. The only major support it’s Atiku’s northern votes.

The only thing he leads is for the ADC top team to back him up and also give him the ticket. I assure you the election will be 50/50.
Bunkum! How will they work for him in 2027? By forcing Northerners to vote for him or coerce INEC to declare him the winner? Why do you guys like deceiving yourselves?

Mr, Abba Moro, that's your personal opinion. PDP did not loose the election in 2023 because they fielded a northerner. Rather, it was due to a plethora of factors including the miscalculations of people like El Rufai who thought supporting and electing Tinubu would enhance their own political fortunes but the decision fell flat on their faces.
No southern presidential candidate from the PDP would have defeated Tinubu in 2023.
Did PDP also make mistakes in fielding Jonathan on 2011 and 2015 when it was the turn of the North?

indeed. How many votes did he get from the SW in 2013 and how many states did he win? Obi penetrated north, won massively and gave him a tough time in his own state of adamawa. Don't tell me you never knew about this cos the facts are there. He's the only one who can defeat Tinubu as it is right now. A fulani or northerner can't hijack the power that his brother and another northener, late buhari dropped 2 years ago
How you and your folks reason like kindergartens is a misery. What magic is Obi performing in 2027 that would be different from the one of 2023? Is he contesting under a different electoral system vis-a-vis INEC?
If you claim he won the election in 2023 but was rigged out, how would he prevent a repeat in 2027, is it by your ramblings? Gosh!

See this one grin. I guess you love this atiku so much that you looked the other way despite the obvious. I wish inec didn't manipulate the election in favour of tinubu. His loss in my state of lagos speaks volume. Elrufai and amaechi are coming out to confess already,on how tinubu won. Like I told you in my previous response, all odds are against atiku. Is it age, being a northerner, challenging a southerner who just got there after buhari just left? Let your atiku come and disgrace himself, for the last time. He's just gonna give tinubu free win. Only Obi can challenge tinubu and defeat him as it stands today. All odds are in his favour, including the people
Stop all these rethoric that lack commonsense. Obi was defeated when Tinubu was not president, how would he turn the table now that Tinubu is the incumbent with the same INEC structure? What's the benefit of 'winning' an election and not becoming president?
Atiku secured 6.9 million votes when the issue of rotation gained so much traction and Tinubu was the bride of the north, he's bound to harvest more votes in 2027 because of Tinubu's perceived sidelining of the region. Are these too complicated for you to understand?

I suspect Atiku works for the rulling party as a a big mole. Atiku, the destroyer. Always causing confusion wherever he goes. He is not a strategist. His desperate ambition to be president never allows him to sit down and plan his moves, instead he jumps from one place to another causing confusion with his ill gotten wealth even when he knows the odds do not favour him and his region. Atiku knows he will still not win under the ADC ticket. He just wants to spoil show for others and still run to another party in 2031.
No, it's Obi and his supporters who're indirectly working for the elongation of APC's presidency due to their arrogance, tribalism and shortsightedness.

We told them in 2019 that Obi will not win the election and he still does not have a pathway as far as 2027 is concerned but they won't listen.

I don’t think it’s greediness. It is within his right and the purview of of the constitution that he can contest as long as he wants.

There is no reason to attack any man with vision and dreams. People do business for decades yet continue the business even after they have made a lot of money in the same business.

It’s a great thing for everyone to have dreams.

BUT his arrogance has been the reason he has never been the president and I believe his time has passed. He is a rude politician who believes that after money nothing else is needed to achieve his dreams.
He had his best chance for the second time in 2023 against Tinubu having missed it in 2019 against Buhari

His arrogance was the only reason Tinubu won him. He was ordinarily meant to win that election.
Stop these nonsensical allusions. Which arrogance were you referring to and which politician doesn't spend money in Nigerian politics? Contrary to your claims , Atiku is one of the most civil and tolerant politicians in our political space. He plays the political game by the rules.

There are many competent hands in the south but none of them, I repeat, none of them can defeat Tinubu in 2027 except they team up with someone like Atiku as vice presidential candidate to clinch the presidency. It's an incontrovertible fact.

Its not about beating atiku but the man's stepping down and supporting obi..what's bad or so difficult about that?. Atiku may be working for tinubu cos I dont see how he will get upto 6m in 2027. Im obidient and still hope he steps down. Else, I'd vote tinubu like I said above. South must do 2 terms complete. If not for Obasanjo's dogged moves, the north would have stopped him in his 2nd terms with the ghali n'aaba's sponsored sharia and atiku's revolting against him.

Jonathan got there and was removed with the help of a southerner tinubu. That's the reason I dont like him but I'd not mind voting him to prevent north coming to shortchange south again.
Atiku should step down and support Obi? You people are too arrogant and delusional. If you care to know-Atiku bright Obi limelight from his sabbatical after his exit from APGA by making him his vice presidential candidate in 2019.

And with regards to your perverted claim of the south been shotchaged, it was the north that actually suffered the distortion when Jonathan chose to contest in 2011 and 2015 despite been the their turn.

Vote for whoever you like but Atiku WILL NEVER step down for Obi and anybody asking for such is chasing a wild goose.

Let me also tell you this for free: Obi can never defeat Tinubu in any presidential. So, stop chasing a hopeless situation.

It’s already too late – Deji Adeyanju on why Peter Obi can’t be Nigerian President

Human rights lawyer Deji Adeyanju says it is too late for former Governor of Anambra State, Peter Obi, to become Nigeria’s President.

In a post on his Facebook page, Adeyanju declared that even if Obi’s supporters known as Obidients change strategy, the former governor cannot be Nigerian President.

According to Adeyanju, former vice president Atiku Abubakar, who is also a member of the opposition leaders plotting President Bola Tinubu’s removal in 2027, has better chance than Obi.

He wrote, “Even if Obidients change strategy and become born again; stop political extremism and insulting people online, their candidate cannot be president of Nigeria. It’s too late already.

“Even Atiku has a better chance at the presidency than Obi. That’s how bad his chances are.”

DAILY POST reports that Obi, who contested for the nation’s number one job in 2023 under the platform of the Labour Party, is currently harboring plans to take another shot in 2027.

His recent alliance with other opposition figures has attracted more supporters to him despite criticism from the ruling All Progressives Congress, APC.

Has this ever been in doubt? Tinubu is conniving with Wike to undemocratically scuttle all opposition. He wanted to use the "Southern Agenda" as an excuse while doing Tinubu's bidding but Atiku left the party leaving him confused. His new assignment now is to ensure neither Goodluck Jonathan nor Seyi Makinde clinch the PDP ticket to challenge Tinubu even though they are both Southerners. They also used Abure to do the same to Obi in the Labour party.
Friend, let's face the reality and stop looking for alibi. I believe in the coalition but if truth needs to be told, their major problem is not Tinubu or the presidency but unbridled grandstanding and power tussle

As it's today, virtually all the major bigwigs in the coalition are working at crossroads, undermining each other and forming different blocks instead of subsuming their personal interests into the general interest of the coalition.

But sincerely, there are fifth columnists in ADC who are positioned to fight from within, similar to what Wike is doing in PDP, making sure the leaders are preoccupied with internal wranglings instead of focusing on common enemies. David Mark, Aregbesola

Which wisdom? Obi himself is a beneficiary of selective justice. Have you forgotten the leaked inciting religious phone call allegedly made by him before the last election ? In a country where laws are applied without prejudice, that's a criminal offence. It even constituted more national risk than the ones he's hyping today. Let's apply our conscience at all times.
