ADC politicians should remember that the opposition mainly consists of Obi and Atiku.

Obi should rightly have been their flagbearer only that he wouldn't have the violent clout to secure his votes against Tinubu.
As such, he should lay down arms and simply deputize Atiku.

Anything other than this set-up, INEC will beat them hands down before 10:00am on election day.


Any other person positing to emerge flagbearer is simply a circus clown.
Its one thing to play party politics and emerge flagbearer and another thing to deliver polling units at the national level.

DEY PLAY. ADC will work for his victory. It wouldn’t be like when he contested alone in the last election. The only major support it’s Atiku’s northern votes.

The only thing he leads is for the ADC top team to back him up and also give him the ticket. I assure you the election will be 50/50.

I suspect Atiku works for the rulling party as a a big mole. Atiku, the destroyer. Always causing confusion wherever he goes. He is not a strategist. His desperate ambition to be president never allows him to sit down and plan his moves, instead he jumps from one place to another causing confusion with his ill gotten wealth even when he knows the odds do not favour him and his region. Atiku knows he will still not win under the ADC ticket. He just wants to spoil show for others and still run to another party in 2031.

I don’t think it’s greediness. It is within his right and the purview of of the constitution that he can contest as long as he wants.

There is no reason to attack any man with vision and dreams. People do business for decades yet continue the business even after they have made a lot of money in the same business.

It’s a great thing for everyone to have dreams.

BUT his arrogance has been the reason he has never been the president and I believe his time has passed. He is a rude politician who believes that after money nothing else is needed to achieve his dreams.
He had his best chance for the second time in 2023 against Tinubu having missed it in 2019 against Buhari

His arrogance was the only reason Tinubu won him. He was ordinarily meant to win that election.

Its not about beating atiku but the man's stepping down and supporting obi..what's bad or so difficult about that?. Atiku may be working for tinubu cos I dont see how he will get upto 6m in 2027. Im obidient and still hope he steps down. Else, I'd vote tinubu like I said above. South must do 2 terms complete. If not for Obasanjo's dogged moves, the north would have stopped him in his 2nd terms with the ghali n'aaba's sponsored sharia and atiku's revolting against him.

Jonathan got there and was removed with the help of a southerner tinubu. That's the reason I dont like him but I'd not mind voting him to prevent north coming to shortchange south again.

Human rights lawyer Deji Adeyanju says it is too late for former Governor of Anambra State, Peter Obi, to become Nigeria’s President.

In a post on his Facebook page, Adeyanju declared that even if Obi’s supporters known as Obidients change strategy, the former governor cannot be Nigerian President.

According to Adeyanju, former vice president Atiku Abubakar, who is also a member of the opposition leaders plotting President Bola Tinubu’s removal in 2027, has better chance than Obi.

He wrote, “Even if Obidients change strategy and become born again; stop political extremism and insulting people online, their candidate cannot be president of Nigeria. It’s too late already.

“Even Atiku has a better chance at the presidency than Obi. That’s how bad his chances are.”

DAILY POST reports that Obi, who contested for the nation’s number one job in 2023 under the platform of the Labour Party, is currently harboring plans to take another shot in 2027.

His recent alliance with other opposition figures has attracted more supporters to him despite criticism from the ruling All Progressives Congress, APC.
