It's a known fact that can never be denied and that is the major reason Yorubas opted for Olu Falaye in 1999, but the igbo man(Obj ) was smart enough to align with the north to get more vote and sure, his people from the east voted massively for him too... But what Obi did in contrary is that he did not align too much with the north, which will not make him get the required votes that can take him close to Aso Rock. |
No right thinking minded person would expect or advice him to waste his hard earned money on such campaign, afterall, it's tagged "we no dey give shi shi". Moreover, did Peter Obi also spent much on Atiku's campaign in 2019? So, treat others as you would like to be treated. |
Is there any way you can call the title in English without adding "Chief"...? |
Despite the fact that a whole lot of people are rooting for PO that came on board as presidential candidate through a third force (Labour party) , due to the woeful performance of Mohammadu Buhari; It's still obvious Obi won't win and can't win election in Nigeria with the style and pattern he has chosen to sell himself to the Nigerian populace, by going to churches to make himself known. This mistake cost Goodluck Jonathan his second term bid for the position of president.. To win a presidential election in Nigeria, you don't concentrate too much on places you're already popular because it is certain they are already in your bag, coupled with the fact that he's the only Christian among the major presidential candidates, that alone likely guarantees him of Christian votes.. Before 1999 election, Obasanjo didn't present himself as a Christian candidate, instead he focused on the north where he's not popular and eventually, he triumphed over Olu Falaye who wasted so much of his time where he was already popular.. Obasanjo also helped Yaradua to gain more popularity in the south, especially in the SE and SS, believing his (Yaradua) own will vote massively for him, which eventually worked out, that even the sicked person was elected as President. The same style was also adopted for Jonathan in 2011 (concentrated more in the north where He's less popular and he won the election, until he did otherwise in 2015 by making CAN under control Pst. Femi Oritsejafor to hijack his(Jonathan) campaign process, which eventually caused failure that lead to the emergence of not to good Buhari, who got the supports of the people in the south especially the SW that gave him the required 25%, to succeed in the same election he had lost three times.. I believe Obi will Learn from this costly mistake, come 2027. N.B : No region is expected to be left out because of the statutory 25% votes.. However, one of the two presidential candidates who are working immensely to Persuade people from other region and not wasting too much time on the religious aspect, will definitely be president of this country. |

Thanks you Moses of this time, but you won't get to the promise land.. Was the money he stole from 1999-2007 not enough? . If he could smartly privatize government assets for personal gains and stole as much as he did that period as vice president, then if given the opportunity to occupy the position of president, what is left is just for him finish Nigeria. |
If Wike's govt. is making life hard for the people of Rivers, then it means during Ameachi's period as governor of the state, he made their life harder and miserable... Because the achievements Wike recorded as governor is so enormous that even oppositions can't deny the visibility.. |
But he(Obi) later decided to be a running mate to 72 year old Atiku in 2019.. Politicians are just something else in Naija, very good at saying Yes and No at the same time. |
It's far preferable for them to inflate the price of the project and get it done rather than the second Niger bridge that only existed on pages of newspapers with billions squandered all through the years PDP spent in power.... However, monorail was never supposed to be a new thing in Nigeria if people like Peter Obi and Rotimi Ameachi under PDP as governors, had done the needful by bringing into reality the project they initiated.. |
Because the track records of the candidates speaks more volume to me, Tinubu has also raised many prominent people that we can entrust with governance and he(Tinubu) is still showing how organized and progressive, government should look like, in Lagos state.. People can even go to any length to call him thief or baron , in as much whatever he does translates to development, my one vote will be for him. |
Good... They now see him as a better person, rather than being beclouded by that "Edo no be Lagos" chants, that brought in Obaseki for the second term with absolutely nothing to show for it... I believe they should have built so much confidence in him by now to help select good governor that can continue with his great legacies. |
Maybe because elections won't be cast on social media, they are so busy strategizing on the streets where the main election would be held...moreso, the major supporters with block votes do not really rant on internet but prefer radio instead. but strongly |
He really need it, even if it will require him to sleep and wake up with them for a month, because the turn out for his rally was nothing to write home about. |
TINUBU... |
But Adamawa is making progress ? The progress of Lagos state is contributing immensely to the development of Nigeria as whole... Lagos is one of the few States in Nigeria that receives Allocation bellow the IGR sent to the federal Govt. |
In a PDP controlled state? Adeleke and Atiku aren't joking oo |
Shishi we no dey, shishi we no collect. Too early to start exposing themselves on money matters like this and if eventually labour party wins, these are the ones that will be seriously fighting to be in juicy political positions, is this how they'll manage the affairs if Nigeria? No wonder Babachir lawal the grass cutter prefer this place to any other party. |
All these within 4years without having representatives in the national assembly.. Who exactly will help him push for it at the green and red chamber.. Even the confab reports of 2014 that jonathan spent billions of naira on, was pushed aside because he was not really in control of the national assembly...BETTER SAID THAN DONE |
They've not won election, they've started practicing stealing of campaign funds, if they eventually get to power, what will be their priorities. |
The same way he has done in Adamawa.. |
No matter how confidence you're in anything you do, always make up time to study your major competitors, because they are not worth underrating, even Dangote can not underestimate what BUA could do, Argentina knows what it takes to prepare for match against Saudi Arabia next time, just the same way Germany would train really hard anytime they're to meet Japan.. NO MORE UNDERDOG |
It simply means to restore or revitalize |
Did he die when he swore that he'll never leave APGA? |
As a strong politician who knows the implications of anti party activities, Magnus Abe can never behave like a daft by supporting another person from another party openly, instead he does that underground , bearing in mind that the platform that gave him the governorship ticket also have a presidential candidate.. afterall, despite the open display of hatred between Wike and Atiku, he never made the mistake of endorsing anyone running for president ; moreso, Soludo didn't make the mistake of drumming support for Peter Obi , because APGA has a presidential aspirant.. In other word, anything of such can only be done underground . |
So what should we do? |
He partook in the same fraudulence act for his 8years duration as Governor of Kano.. it's too late to cry when the head is cut off already. |
It's preparation for the coming election in 2023.. In as much as it's democratic system of government we're operating, we can never escape rigging and rigging is only sweet in your area, community, local government or state of strength ( you can only rig successfully where you're popular).. moreover, tactics of rigging also comes in different dimension, so, this is APC's tactics of rigging, I hope to see that of other political parties (some specializes in using minors to vote). |
It's all preparation for the coming election, as much as it's democracy, rigging still |
At least, his Islamization agenda ought to have started from Lagos where he come from, if truly your poorly drafted analysis was to be true.. |
As for me, I will support the "no work, no pay " option, whatever they've been doing for 8months should pay them, they and the FG can't subject the students into unwarranted conditions and expect to smile at the end of it all... Their salaries should be withheld until they cover the 8months lapses on the students. |
It sounds to me like " what becomes of Tinubu if PDP wins the presidential election 2007 as he was leaving as a governor ".. Do you know what it takes to rule states like Lagos or Rivers?... Wike has nothing to loose because he has tasted it all (two term local government chairman; former minister of federal republic of Nigeria and two term governor), the political space left for him is what he's stylishly fighting for .. I.e either to become vice president or president if possible. |
Because a right thinking minded southerner should know that Atiku hijacked the position rightfully meant for the south just for selfish ambition.. It won't be nice nor balance enough for Fulani man to rule for 8years and another Fulani man taking over, just as if other regions means nothing.. As for Reno, in as much he like the kind of fight Wike is fighting, he just can't leave PDP. |
