Very useless and fraudulent company. I bought energy token through their barter platform. My account was debited but never received the token for more than 6 months now. Not surprised anyway, the CEO is a product of Access Bank - another fraudulent financial institution. I wasnt expecting him to deny the allegation but the fact remains that the evidences put forward by the accuser were strong enough. As a former corporate investigator i can tell for free that flutterwave's response is empty and lacks substance. |

Ganduje or Gandudollar is beginning to appear to me like one of the very few serious governors we have up north alongside Babagana of Borno State. With the deadly insecurity ravaging the north, Kano has been relatively peaceful so what could be the secret that el-rufai cant adopt to save kaduna of its senseless killing. My sincere sympathy goes in advance to anyone residing along the lekki aja axis. By the time Dangote refinery and the Lekki free trade zone become fully operational, the traffic presently experienced along the Apapa axis will be a childsplay to what will be experienced here. Just wait till then and you will understand that the current Lagos state government is totally clueless and has no concrete plan to ameliorate the present daily lagosian commute not to mention of that of the future. 8 Likes 2 Shares |

Just a personal opinion. I will say you should go for her for obvious reasons. First, you said she's decent and conservative which I considered good qualities. Second, ladies of her age are mature and better mannered than the younger ones. Third, at 32, there would have been so much pressure mounting on her to settle down and I trust she will cherish you a lot if you decide to go with her. Aside from the above, try to understand why she waited this long. I do hope she's gainfully employed by the way? If not, you might want to reconsider the above as you wouldn't want to take in a liability. But if everything is Ok and your fear is only age, then I can assure you have nothing to worry about. I am married so I am speaking from experience. I married someone younger and it's so annoying putting up with her immaturity every day especially at the very early stage of our union. In hindsight, I think I would have preferred a lady in her early 30s. How wide or narrow is the road? Government officials are known to always drive reckless and intimidate road users so i doubt the integrity of this report. My neighbour and his wife had a disagreement last weekend, and guess what, she threatened her husband with a divorce. They both live in Nigeria presently but the wife will be relocating to the UK next month for her Master's programme while the husband intends to join her three months after. According to the husband (who happens to be a long time friend), he said this won't be the first time his wife will be threatening him with divorce and taking full custody of their twin boys. Although he is now scared that their marriage may eventually hit the hard rock as his wife can't be that trusted with western culture, he however accepted that relocation will be in the best interest of his boys. If you are very good at your job, there is a high tendency for your boss to feel jealous and insecure. This is to emphasize point 3 that everyone competes with you. Learn to always speak up in every meeting or gathering, but be careful when you do. Never criticise your direct boss opinion. Even when you disagree with him, you shouldn't be the one to point out his weakness. The office is filled with pretenders and high service individuals. Study your boss very well to know his personality trait. At the end of the day, he or she will determine whether you deserve to be promoted. so you don't want to step on his toes. Go for the experience first at least during the formative stage of your career. Once you gathered 3 to 5 years of experience, consider changing job immediately especially if you work in an industry or company that doesn't pay well. I can attest to the quality of their service. Back in the days at Mainone, these guys do pick we staff to and fro office everyday with their comfortable hummer and coaster buses. I cant say of now anyway. Most of the staff buses you see on the road are now owned and operated by private transport entities like shuttlers and others. 11 Likes |

An average Nigerian is so dubious, self centered, and lacks integrity. A month ago i loaned two friends out of compassion 20k and 30k each. I can afford to let go this amount but not at the moment as i am also broke. Its more than a month now and i am yet to get my money back. I have called and sent whatsapp messages but all to no avail. If friends that i considered close could do this to me, imagine what financial firms go through in the hands of Nigeria. No reasonable nigeria bank will offer credit card. I dont know of others but i think IKEDC (IE) is doing fairly well so please dont revoke their license. I get an average of 12hours daily which i believe is fair enough for Nigeria standard. But why revoke license when we know FG will end up selling it to their other incompetent cronies? Just tighten regulations like placing sanction on extimated billing, delay in fixing transformer and other major customer complaints, and watch as every player sit up. Our problem is not knowing what to do. Our problem is looking for personal interest in every sitiation. |

Do you know the worth of a single FBN share around 2006 - 2008? Let me school you. As of that period, it sold for around 33naira ($.25). Thats 300% equivalent of its present share value. The Odukales have been a long time investor in FBN so i can tell you for sure that Otedola's 5.07 equity would probably had worth less than 1.7% years ago when shares were still shares. Otedola is simply an oppotunist that wants to cash in on the drop in FBN share (this is allowed in investment so no problem) courtesy of the internal issue with its previous board members and a huge non performing loan the bank is presently battling with. Where was Otedola all this while? Why didnt he go invest in the likes of GTB, zenith, Access, UBA, and see if he would have garnered 5.07 equity with 30B? I am a long time shareholder with First Bank so i speak with fact. Its good to have Otedola on Board as his image, exposure and experience would help to improve the bank's value but not as the Chairman. He can graudate to that later,but for now we want him as just board member. As for those that will rush to quote me, make sure you speak with fact and knowledge, and not emotion.
