They will give you your unique account number . The you fund the account using your provided account number.

From the money in your account, you fund your virtual dollar account you created . Then use it to pay. Details of the card is there for your perusal.

Hello, do you mean visa applications or admission applications? For visa: you can apply once you have your documents ready. For admissions it might already be a bit late, depending on how long it takes to get the letter of acceptance from the institution.

The Online schooling is also another issue again. You may be asked to do that once visa is ready
