500 seed is 7500 here and 1000 seed 15k. Have seen Tokyo production and it fine too, you can try it. If greengo Cucumber do well and don't sick@ 3k you will make huge profit. Using myself as an example, my first harvest is 20 bag, Do the math. Am going to market tomorrow to know current price.

it depends, sometimes I irrigate once in a day, sometime twice,30 minutes,why sometimes 15 minutes. Bottom line, when you are use to your crop, you will know when. Based on my experience 15 minute in the morning and 17 minute in the evening will do during this dry season.

Almost the same thing here, but Nandini is preferred to cu99, just my personal observation

there is no visible difference between the two in terms of plant vigour and disease resistance but the obvious differences comes up during fruiting,cu 999 will produce an average yield of greenish cucumbers (if fertilized well) with light whitish stripes and very big sized,we have measured one at 40.7 cm, while cu 986 will produce an astonishing high yield of medium sized,light green cucumbers that rarely exceed 20-22 cm in length,I stand to be corrected but I think the cu 999 is a mean machine.

Most commonly named fungicides here have contact/systemic active ingredients and they are suitable for the rainy seasons. the best options are the systemic fungicides, just that they are hard to come by and expensive! Anty ifedola has cabrio and it's an excellent systemic fungicide sha.
Btw what crop(s) are you cultivating and what's the name of the fungicide you got

I really don't think my father and their forefathers saw anything like covid-19,even during second world war church's didn't totally close down, during Easter imo government ordered church service for Easter but the church's refuse to open their doors,God will see us through,it's well.

nothing concern by pass with pressure,the bypass is just to cut off the Venturi when not in use and push ordinary water to the drip tapes,the pressure is from the pump not from the bypass.venturi is used only when fertigating

one thing I like about sack farm is that it is easy to irrigate with hose,my workers use 40-45 mins to irrigate 1000 sacks, nothing fancy or elaborate just hose connected to 1 hp pump at 2-3 seconds per sack will give you 3-4 ltrs per sack.

So many of us jobless youth have interest in agriculture but when u consider the cost of hybrid seeds and chemicals it becomes an uphill task. Wish I never have to post this here. The pics below is prove beyond reasonable doubt that planting the correct seed is a big factor in winning the battle front on the farm,the pics shows side by side comparison between red/yellow scorpion and common hausa danjarawa or rodo,the bigger fruits are the scorpions while the smaller ones are the local variety,if you are still thinking about using local pepper let it be clear to you that the farmer that planted high performance variety will harvest 40-50% more fruits from his farm with same number of crops with the local seed
