Lost most of the plant I applied to. I discovered urea is best applied as foliar or fertigation. Please I need the measurement required and how frequent one should use it |

okoroemeka: If the compound is floored or you don't want to disturb the soil we have workers that will set up an eggplant sack farm,it can be placed on any surface,it is mobile and can be moved around even when crop is fruiting, the yield is better because manure and other nutrients are concentrated in the sack and not leeched off, sack farming g is the new innovative frontier on drought resistant dry season farming. can egg plant be planted close to pepper |

okoroemeka: Our research in progress of how to produce garden eggplant in dry season is giving results,we wanted to use sacks to prevent certain issues we have with our previous failed dry season projects, sacks lift the crops off the very hot soil and created another micro climate more suitable for high production and healthy crops, our sack farm test crop is more than healthy and flowering heavily,we have proceeded to start the sack farm with a nursery prepared today, hopefully by September we will start harvesting and push it through to may next year hopefully,3000 crops in 3000 sacks it will not be an easy road, but the first shots has been fired. egg plant produce this long? |

okoroemeka: yes, partho cucumbers will set fruit without pollination,it is the crop mostly planted in tight green houses that insects can't penetrate,so they use a variety that doesn't need insect pollination, but sadly the cos oft that variety is another story,I think more than ₦20k for 1000 seeds, imagine if we are using 50,000 seeds of that variety on the green seas project, the cost of seed alone mayl. cripple the project. I recently got land close to river, whick kind of pump will u advise to irrigate farm in this case. The land is a little slopy into the river tor |

Psalmy2cute: I'm planning to start a one acre worth of pepper farm in ogun state
But the problem is I've never been a farmer nor do I know anything related to farming..
I've done alot of research related to this on the internet, and the more I gain more knowledge the less confident I become in myself.. I'm investing all of my savings into this... also thinking of getting a experienced farm manager before I start...
But what I really want is a little bit of field experience... or anyone who owns a pepper farm for his/her self to put me through in practical...
I already purchased the farm land.. but I'm curious on the financial aspect needed before I start..
I'm totally inexperienced so I wanna be prepared for the dangers I'll run into along the way
And what is the average profit margin by the end of the year??
Is this a business worth giving a shot at??
Pls help... any update on your pepper farm |
