bitter leaf juice starts cd1 till cd10. If u can chew d garlic, best or u cut it in bitz and swallow like tablet. Dont mix it with ur bita leaf juice. Stop it c 10. U can go for ur tvs and d result by d grace of God is sure to amaze u. Start bd frm dat cd10 o cuz d bita leaf matures follicles very quickly and stil produces quality eggs so u wldnt want to miss dat egg.

so if I were you, id do;
-Fertility detox
-Antibiotic
-Then do ovulation induction your next cycle (that is if you do not get your bfp before then). Letrozole 5mg CD2-6 or 3-7, do scans to track the follicle growth, do a trigger shot when the follicles are above 18mm, BD every other day from the end of your period, increase vit b6 to 50/100mg after confirmation of ovulation.
-If you do get a bfp, up the vit b6 to a higher dose or switch to cyclogest (if you are bouyant enough)

thanks for your response Firstly how do i do a fertility detox? as for the prolactin it was slighted elevated after the miscarriage and i used parlodel to correct it.

My DH hasnt had cause to do SFA since have been getting pregnant, have done the 25days antibiotics regime with DH.
Dnt think i want to use letrozole again cus clomid even worked better, at lest follicles were sited just did not mature well enough but none was seen with letrozole. My Gynea is placing me on injectibles this month, i just hope it works.

@convenantbabies Congrat on your bfp, wat dose of letrozole did you use and what brand, the one i got last month did not work, i did not ovulate which is my major challenge now

That is no egg fast! You eat a MINIMUM of 6 eggs per day and eat as much as you can stomach(moderation is key) read more about it on page 64 good luck.

Do u douche as in use chemicals to wash ur v.jay?do u take sugar a lot?again,anytime u are treating infection,ur D.h must be treated,then after treatment,its a must for u to change all ur undies.If u canr!

thanks for the response, i do not douche, i take soft drinks often, DH was treated once also but seems the infection came back, have also tried changing my undies.when i use mycoten vaginal tab it stops but seems it returns after sex, just tired and the swab does not yield any growth..

Please can this clean tampon be used for smelling vaginal discharge? Have used antibiotics and garlic but only temporal result, the vaginal swab showed candida once but have done two after that & it yielded no growth yet i still have that smelly discharge

Wokeyim, how long is the flight? My only ever BFP was done abroad, had ET on Sunday and flew home the next day. Was carrying bags and all, took a 3 hr train and a bus ride from one city to the airport. Now arrived in UK in the evening and the following day was on a 3 hr train ride to Manchester to visit my bro and it worked. So if it's going to work it will. All other cycles I would chill out for 2 weeks, result BFN. My first ever BFP, I never relaxed and it happened.

Check for bacterial infection. Run a progesterone assay. Run a pelvic scan.

Possible causes of your miscarriages are low progesterone to sustain the pregnancy.

A threat from a standing or lingering infection cld lead to miscarriage.

Anembryonic gestation is also a possible cause. So your partner shld also run a seminal analysis to check the quality of his sperm, since poor seemen quality cld lead to this.

der are a lot of reasons for early miscarriages, sometimes progesterone is needed in higher doses or 2 forms (oral , cream, injection , vaginally/anally).
combo of progesterone and baby aspirin improved the odds for some women with multiple losses, since d doc has diagnosed your situation try to get your hormone levels tested before using progesterone then get tested again and again to make sure your levels are high enough.
low or slow rising HCG levels cud also be responsible for low progesterone in preg. Hence a Hcg and progesterone therapy is employed.(request for hcg beta test)
