We are all blaming the man. Yes the man needs to get his head checked but what about the woman that cooked the deceit?

The woman has a role to plan in this event. She consistently doctored the scan report for 9 months and allowed the man to live in fool paradise.

Why are women so deceitful?

Your school would need to send a sealed transcript to WES, while you send a copy of your certificate.

Thank you queemaker.
Cheers.

Good day everyone, below is the labour cost and rough estimate of material for a four bedroom bungalow (attached is the floor plan) given to me.

LABOUR
Setting out # 20,000
Digging of foundation 70,000
Casting of foundation # 40,000
Filling of foundation # 70,000
Casting of slabs # 80,000
Setting of Block # 270,000
Casting of lintel # 30,000

MATERIALS:
4500 pieces of Block
10 load of Gravel
9 load of Sand
220 bag of cement

I am mostly concern about the labour cost because I would be on-site to monitor the use of materials.

Please is the Labour cost fair? Or High?

Location is Ibadan

Nigerians are just a bunch of confused fools. You initially accused the president of not addressing the nation, now that he just did, you came of with another set of destructive criticisms on his address. Where did we get it wrong?

Happy new year elders in the house.

The sweetness of the hustle just carry my head Waka. Abuja is cool and the riders are quite friendly, especially the young Hausa nyarinyas.

Had one particular experience.

Got a request on Ocar, rushed to pick the rider. Called while I was on my way, choiiii.... Sweet calm angelic voice.

As I got to the location and called her that I was outside. She came out with another sweet babe. Entered the ride and I started the car. Ewo!!! AC no gree ON... I tried all I could think of, turned off the car and back again... No luck. Na wa oo, local man don fall hands be that?

I just gat to summon morale tell them say AC no gree ON and I was expecting blabbing and lambasting. However, the response I got made me to look back.

Local man: Please am sorry the AC just failed. I don't know what went wrong.

Omo Sexy Hausa: Is it just the AC?

Local Man: Yes it is just the AC.

Omo Sexy Hausa: It is OK... Let's get on with the trip.

Me for my mind... If this na Lagos, wetin for happen. If na other tribes or all these slay babes... How I got do.

One more thing, most of the folks around here no dey form Car owner CEOs... They prefer sitting in front with you, except for a few of them who are just trying to form bigshots on top OCar N500 trip.

I Ajoks.

I will like to link up with you with as soon as I get back to Abuja,.
I am Planing to start my e hailing business there in Abuja.

Kindly hit me up.

Thanks

It depends on how you look @ it.

In Abj, the roads are quite good, especially within d city centre, no bad roads like we HV in Lagos.

Also, no police extortion, no lastma, and limited one ways, you would only have issues with Agbero if you pick their passengers or drop in front of the market or front of their loading parks.

So maintenance on vehicle is quite minimal, but you don't have the kind of population of riders like you have in Lagos.

However, if you have a confirmed Belgium Toyota corrollla, you would make a killing by getting more offline customers that would pay per hour. and those that go interstate.

For instance, sometimes you might get offline trip ( drop-off) to Jos. The going rate is 40-45k. Fuel to n fro for a corolla shd around 6k.

You would go n come back in DT same day. You will have a net of 30k. Uber n taxify can't give you that.

Pls. Don't play with your A.C in Abuja, that is d only edge you have over there. Premium is always placed on cars with A.c by the riders.

The real riders ( I mean the pple who don't consider cost n have d cash ) most tyms always require offline trips.

One more thing: Think about the big picture, if you want a job ensure your CV is always @ hand, also if it's business, you cud register a business enterprise or company as you deem fit.

Cos sometimes you pick riders that might take you off the street.

The influential folks around there "hide in plain sight", or move at odd hours, don't make the mistake of assesing by clothes or shoes, the bling -bling are not d real folks

Good luck.

Chief.. it seems your are experienced in e hailing business in Abuja..

I need to meet with you as I want to share from your wealth of experience.

I intend moving my 5 months old Toyota corolla for Lagos to Abuja for the e hailing business.

I run a registered construction company but I think I can also put my such venture.. I intend venturing into it in December while I run my business a long side..I am gonna drive it myself.

I don't mind it we can have a drink together somewhere very soon.

Thanks..
How do I connect with you?
