The importance and roles of father and mother in the life of children can not be over emphasized.
Father is a crucial figure to mould, train and provide security for his children. Father and mother are to love and pay a big sacrifice for their children.
Parents are always happy in the old age when the children God gives them prosper and succeed. There are about 9 characteristics of father and mother that were compared.

This is one bad thing I discovered recently about myself, I yell at him when I am trying to prove a point, no insults but my voice is always high.... Then I feel bad about it afterwards....

Thank God you recognized what you are doing as a bad habit. To solve it is very simple: it is impossible for you to yell at parents, at religious leader and your teacher. He occupies a much higher position than them.
Listen attentively when he is talking, ask for spirit of patience and increase your love and respect for him. You will not want to hurt someone you love and respect. Also assume that the people you are mentoring are watching, you know you won’t want to disgrace yourself in their presence, gradually you will change but don’t be too hard on yourself because it isn’t a day journey. Reciprocate his love with humility and respect, you will be amazed with his transformation. You can get some points here

Disciplining our children is a must so that they will come out responsible and valuable to themselves, family and the nation at large
To a large extent, parents shout, hit and even curse their children in the process of disciplining them. There are better ways to discipline stubborn children that do not care about the consequences of their action:
To have a disciplined child:
*The parents must have listening ears. A good parent is always patient when their children are talking to them.
*Parents must have kind and gentle words while training their children
*Children follow the footsteps of their parents. What do you do or say to your children, that is what they will understand as the best way of life.

It is so unhelpful when we substitute hard work and efficiency with prayers.

Marriage is boring when one is married to a flat mate that has the opposite character, belief, etc but very interesting when one is married to soul mate that shares the same ideology and value
It is so unfortunate there is no much time to study each other during courtship because of work, distance, etc

Please which book defines the roles to be played by individuals in a marriage?
Now that the man is helping the woman and washing his baby’s cloth, he is weak so when the baby refuses to take care of him in old age, what will the child be called, if he is sick and the wife refuses to help, what will she be called. There is a reward for everything we do either in marriage or to anyone. One good turn deserves another, besides, he is doing it to his family. The Bible says men should love their wives as Christ loved the church and died for it. Men want submission without loving first. Hmmm

Is she ready to be lonely in marriage?
She shouldn’t not have given her virginity to to the person she was not sure will be her husband. She should just allow the first man to go and for the second man, biblically is not good, but if at all she wants to have anything with him, that should be after he has perfected the divorce else it is dangerous. It is never too late to see the right guy, she can wait a bit. Marriage is a life time affair and marrying wrongly is a life time imprisonment.
