No I dont think she's ready for the big stage. Already, that team is over 50% U20s. Thats going to tell when they play experienced sides. Courtney can go there as a sub and learn the game more.

lol. We got so carried away and ended up having more strikers than defenders. I will think the coach will divide it thus:
3 goalies (Dede, Whyte, Alaba Jonathan?)
8 defenders (Ebi, Ohale, Nwabuoku, Njoku, Ikidi, Ofoegbu,...)
4 central midfielders (Cecilia Nku, Halimatu Ayinde, Ngozi Okobi, Osas Igbinovia)
4 wingers (Sunday Esther, Asisat Oshoala, Francesca Ordega, Uchechi Sunday)
2 strikers (Desire Oparanozie, and Perpetua Nkwocha / Sarah Michael)
2 Utility players (Adeboyejo, Sarah Michael)

I think 36 players have been invited to camp, and will be trimmed down to 23. As usual, 3 goalies and 20 outfield players. I can pencil down at least 15 players who have already put their names on the final list.

If i were Okon i would axe Esther Sunday from the team and replace her with Uchechi Sunday.Reasons being that Esther Sunday has proven that she isnt a high impact substitute player,she holds on to the ball and starts showboating.

But on the other hand Uchechi has the height advantage that can cause some problems to opposing defenders,she can act as a bully and also assist greatly in knocking down aerial balls for teammates to latch onto.

Uchechi also proved in the last U20 world cup that she has also got some goals in her boots,i would have her in my team anyday than Esther Sunday that does the same old thing in every tournament.

This is just my personal opinion and i might be sincerely wrong.

I think Uchechi Sunday was at the last senior world cup. Also, I think Coach Okon has got his preferences, so he seems to have zeroed his mind (just like Siasia was adamant). We sure have capable hands in almost every department this time around. The defence is perhaps the weakest link.
Perhaps the best thing about our falcons is the seemingly smooth transition from junior to senior. Mainly because the U20s are quite energetic and matured. Rita Chikwelu would have been a difficult player to replace, but we forgot her as soon as Halimatu Ayinde showed her stuff! Okobi too!
Which brings me to the question of foreign...trainer and psychologist. Someone needs to give these girls the warrior mentality, to go seige like. The physicality is there, the skill is there and sure the will is needed. Asisat Oshoala granted an interview in Liverpool, where she maintained that the English league is not as skillful as Nigerian league. What we lack is funds and 'cosmetics'.

They are all on Fifa website. Go to competitions and click womens world cup. There you can scroll to the bottom of the page for previous editions. Click on the matches and you will see the videos of each match.

So I spent my lunch time watching Super falcons matches from the past 3 world cups. They lost by 1 goal everytime, and they always seem to be the dominant team!
This says a lot about the technical aspect of their game. I believe they will be more alert this time around. Moreso, the strike force has come of age. Oparanozie, Oshoala, Esther Sunday as a pacy front 3 will cause anyone problems anyday.

Very very possible. My only worry is that there are stretches of road where he will have to walk at least 2 days before he gets to the next town.

Rita has lost form. We however have several players abroad who can enter the team. In the swedish league alone, we have Sarah Michael, and mama Nkwocha. I think the coach should extend invitation to them too.

Nigeria will get a minimum of 5 points from the first round of matches. The progression of matches between Nigeria and USA has shown that the gap is as good as closed. It will all come down to attention to details on the day.
My biggest worry is the choice of goalkeeper by the coach Okon. Precious Dede is still the best we have, not minding her age. She is assured and still agile, though her reflexes are giving way.
Whyte is good, but fumbles set pieces alot. Foreign coaches will easily spot this.
However, I am very happy that for the 1st time in a long time, we have a super falcons team that is near 100% complete. From defence to attack, the team is ready. Halimatu Ayinde...the calm jayjay okocha of the falcons.

Why do Nigerians have to pay more than people in the UK, USA, EU, and other advanced countries where minimum wages are higher than Nigeria.
UK minimum wage approximately 250,000 naira monthly. Sky package = 12,000 naira monthly
EU minimum wage approximately 230,000 naira monthly. Viasat full package = 10,000 naira monthly
Nigerian minimum wage approximately 20,000 naira montly. DSTV full package = 16,000 naira monthly.
Suffice to add that with the EU and UK packages, you get many many educative channels, and excellent sport coverage. But with DSTV, you get mostly trashy SA channels and NIGERIAN movies and news!

Anyways, I have long come to a conclusion about Igbos.
1. They are bluffers. Someone with a small shop selling 2nd hand cloth will claim to be the one feeding his billionaire landlord because the landlord buys rags for his househelp from the seller.
2. They are very very greedy and covetous. e.g Lagos was Yorubaland pre 1999, but once Lagos was improved by Tinubu and Fashola, the influx from the East started. Now they are laying claims to Lagos, even wanting to replace the Oba with an Eze. Give an Igbo a room in your house, and his plans will be to take the house from you.
3. They are not strategic, just lousy noisemakers. While others are planning for the future, Igbos will be gloating and abusing them. When the future comes, Igbos will be the first to line up for the goodies. E.g loss of senate presidency, wanting to be FCT minister, even currently laying claims to APC success.
Now the SS is their brother. The same SS they were ready to wipe out in their ill advised war of 1967. I can bet 99% of SS people want to form their own identity. In the last election, the SS had more voters than the SE, so why should the SS lose its identity to the selfish Igbos?

I've never felt more of an slowpoke in my entire life. I don't even know where to begin with the question because I can't seem to grasp how Albert knows the month.

If you are good in maths but poor in logic, then you will sweat on this one. When I found out the answer, it was very easy (offcourse), but before then, all my permutations just did not work.

Apparently, this question was for 14year old students in Singapore, more like our WAEC maths (or furthermaths). I think it is a question of logic and very little maths.
There is indeed an answer, and I must confess, I didnt get the answer for 2 days, then I ate the humble pie and read the answer. I think it is too ambigous though.

Even Amuwo Odofin which has about 85% of total Igbos in Lagos is not so firmly won. Results from there shows a 60% win for JK.
this election really shows that Igbos are perhaps less than 15% of total Lagos population.
