Results from Oke Ogun area in Oyo state are not yet out. I heard dat GEJ won in dat area. Ibadan people voted 4 Apc
ALL ward results in Saki have been collated sir. The Inec HQ in IB is live. Radio Nigeria correspondent in Ib just confirmed this.
Biggest loser in Oyo state yesterday is Accord Party. Ladoja's veiled support for GEJ cost him all his senators and reps.
Politics › Re: List Of States Collating Results Presently by olapluto(op): 2:17pm On Mar 29, 2015
GEJ doing very well in Osun and Ogun states. With 20 Lga announced in both states, GEJ seems to have averaged 38% of the votes. GMB still looking to win. Oyo State is solidly leaning APC.
Politics › Re: List Of States Collating Results Presently by olapluto(op): 1:38pm On Mar 29, 2015
Abia state also about to start announcement. Remember, the state RECs still have to fly to Abuja before nightfalls today. Some of the RECs are trying to hasten things up.
Politics › Re: List Of States Collating Results Presently by olapluto(op): 1:37pm On Mar 29, 2015
Osun currently being announced. 10 lg out of 30 have been released. GMB won 9 out of the 10. Margin is tending towards a 65% margin for GMB.
I have results from Iwo senatorial, and its APC all the way there. Iwo results yet to be announced at State HQ.

i think fkk did a good job in his LG as he tweeted , but GMB WILL GET OSUN, DEFINATELY
which ffk? That result is the result of Omisore and the dollars to Ooni. Ife central will be close too, but Ife south was won by Buhari. Says a lot. FFk has zero electoral value in Osun state.
Politics › Re: List Of States Collating Results Presently by olapluto(op): 12:37pm On Mar 29, 2015
FINAL RESULT EKITI STATE:

PDP: 176,351

APC: 120,308

As projected earlier, Buhari gets 40.5% in Ekiti. Some results rejected due to bloated figures.
Politics › Re: List Of States Collating Results Presently by olapluto(op): 10:05am On Mar 29, 2015
Buhari loses Ekiti. Although Oye Ekiti results (JKF's LGA) yet to be reported, looks like Buhari will only take 40% of Ekiti Votes. congrats GEJ for winning Ekiti.
In Enugu, NO results have come in to the state hq. what is happening in the SE??
Politics › Re: List Of States Collating Results Presently by olapluto(op): 9:53am On Mar 29, 2015
Updates:
Osun state about 8 LGA results now at state headquaters.
Ekiti state, 10 out of 16 LG results now collated
Kaduna state was being collated when it was discovered that 8 PU did not conduct elections in Kafanchan

Source: radio nigeria and party agents in Osun and Ekiti states.
PS. I will only add results at state levels as it is released and signed by INEC. However, I predict a majority of APC in both senate and house of rep.
Politics › Re: List Of States Collating Results Presently by olapluto(op): 1:06am On Mar 29, 2015
a very determined colleague of mine in Niger state followed his results from Pu to ward to LGA hq and is now escorting the votes to State Hq. Dodged determination.
Politics › List Of States Collating Results Presently by olapluto(op): 1:00am On Mar 29, 2015
Some states are through with voting, with super effective LGA collation officers. The following states are collating LGA results as I type:
1. Kebbi
2. Borno
3. Kano
4. Kaduna
5. Osun (slight delay)
6. Oyo (Oke-Ogun, Ibarapa, Ogbomosho awaited)
7. Bauchi
8. Sokoto

Politics › Re: IBADAN: I Swear To God Almighty, These Are The Result From My Unit/ward by olapluto(m): 12:52am On Mar 29, 2015
All APC legislative aspirants in Oyo state have to thank buhari. The people seem to have aligned with APC all the way. Accord party tried, but APC seem to have swept most legislative seats.
2 lga results have arrived the oyo state collation centre.
Politics › Re: IBADAN: I Swear To God Almighty, These Are The Result From My Unit/ward by olapluto(m): 10:40pm On Mar 28, 2015
Oke-Ogun is reporting something close to a landslide for Buhari. GEJ's only chance is Ibadan, and it looks like he only managed about 30% in IB.

I can authoritatively speak on Oyo and Osun states, and GMB has won those 2 states with at least 60%.

Politics › Re: Oshodi Violence: MC Oluomo Reacts by olapluto(m): 2:24pm On Mar 26, 2015
In 1999, Oshodi was the capital of lawlessness, filth, and other vices. Tinubu reigned in on Oshodi by using MC Oluomo. I seriously doubt if PDP with Koro can usurp Oluomo just like that.
This is not Ekiti where soldiers can just arrest people. Any attempt on Oluomo can cause gobe in the whole of SW.
Politics › Re: Breaking News: Mimiko’s Deputy Defects From PDP To APC by olapluto(m): 1:04pm On Mar 26, 2015

Politics › Re: Types Of Election Rigging Methods And How To Stop Them by olapluto(m): 9:38pm On Mar 25, 2015
Unused ballots.
This is the biggest problem in the SS and SE. In those remote villages and communities, there are usually many unused ballots. A former PO said they used to collect money from politicians and share the unused ballot papers amongst the political parties present. Usually, the opposition is not allowed to be in on the deal.

Solution:
PVC will solve this 90% because by 1:00pm on saturday, the maximum number of votes per polling units will be known in Abuja. Unused ballots will become useless.
Stain:
Incidence form...but once incidence form is becoming more than 20, then a red light will flash.
Politics › Re: Jega Announces Procedures For Voting, Release Of Results: Thisday by olapluto(m): 4:30pm On Mar 25, 2015
The beats of change sounding higher and higher.
I really have to commend JEGA at this stage. Two people I know who I can vouch for their honesty have just been appointed RO in major flashpoint states. Although they are sympathetic of APC, I believe they will be very fair.
Chances of rigging outside SE and SS seriously diminished.
Politics › Re: Fani Kayode Files Fresh 'eligibility' Suit Against Buhari by olapluto(m): 4:29pm On Mar 25, 2015
FFK is a joke. Less than 60 hours to the start of elections. So in those 60 hrs, the judge will hear the case, defense lawyers will argue, the judge will consider the arguments and hand down ruling?
FFK should go back to his rehab in Ghana.
Politics › Re: INEC Releases Statistics Of PVC Collected In All 36 States And FCT by olapluto(m): 11:01am On Mar 25, 2015
emmasege:
this could also imply that a significant number of those millions of voters in kaduna & kano may not vote, since (according to u) they have gone to d south east. Mind u there are other ethnic groups in those states who are opposed to buhari's candidacy. Are u also aware that kaduna is 50/50 for both candidates?. Kaduna south is predominantly Christian y kaduna north is predominantly Muslim. Kano state also has some indigenous Christian areas that am aware of & have visited, and I really doubt if those ones wouldn't prefer Jonathan.
Summarily, you will be surprised that indigenous Christian areas of the north (which make up about 40 percentage of the region) will vote for Jonathan. And this is the edge Jonathan will have over buhari who can't replicate the same trend in southern Nigeria.
So it comes down to religion and ethnicity again... You will be shocked.

sCun:
But southwest has the lowest PVC collection rate while SE has the joint second highest PVC collection rate.
The collection rate should be a pointer to what the turnout rate will be, South west has the lowest
Voter turnout for presidential election in SE will be low. The SE has no stake in the presidential elections. No candidate of note, no VP, so why bother?

Do u know the number of southerners that make up those figures in kaduna & kano in particular. That's not to talk of indigenes who believe in GEJ more than d tired & retired General. I can place a belt on it that Jonathan will pull at least 30-40 percent in the region y buhari records 5-10 percent in southern Nigeria as usual.
You need that belt to hold your trousers when results start trickling in on Saturday.

This is the "koko" When the TVCs were used, these fools said 100% turnout was achieved. Now owners of these TVCs havent shown up to collect PVCs and with the card reader, am sure the number will depreciate further.
Fraud will definately reduce.
A lot of people will be surprised by the turnout figures. I also think there will be an inversion. MOre voters will turn out in the NW, and SW than the SE.

With PVC, INECical inflation of voter turnout from SE and SS is dead. Abbracadabra is ending in 4 days.

that is what BUHARI has bee banking on since 2003.You forgot Kaduna IS A 50-50 State because of religious demographics.Inspite of Buhari winning in Kano,Kaduna and Bauchi in 2011,he still didn't win the elections
OK. I hear you. Getting about 7 million votes from 3 states, when the winning threshold will be about 20M is no biggie?

96 hours more before voting starts. Things will be clearer by the day. mathematically, GEJ is a goner. Blind optimism is allowed though.

I must say I'm pleasantly surprised by the level of acceptability and success of the GMB campaign. They seem to have gotten everything right. I have no single doubt in my mind that GMB will win convincingly on Saturday.
Although 5 days is a lot in politics, it is virtually impossible for GEJ to win majority votes. Even Vanguard is projecting a GMB win.
