This is exactly what I hinted at: if you had minded reading English novels more than laying much importance on the internet, Nollywood and Hip Hop, you would have known easily that "offers" in your quoted post above should have been spelt "offer"! The internet, Nollywood and Hip Hop can't light a candle to Reading.

That's a mistake anyone could have made sir.
Thanks for the correction though.

I started reading Hardley Chase novels in 1977 whilst studying for Higher School Certificate. My first novel was "Tiger by the Tail". By 1980, I had read going to 93 Chase novels both in Corgi and Panther editions. I also read Nick Carter, etc. The point I'm driving at is that our youths must be guided about the imperative of reading. The contemporary leaning on the internet, Nollywood and Hip Hop has no relevant and enduring values from which their futures can draw viable experiences.

The Internet, Nollywood and Hip Hop offers a lot. My point of view is actually very debatable.

It worth it if you ask me

Nollywood is littered with mediocre talent.. I will like to see some serious changes in the industry.. Over the past decade none of our movies have made it into the American box office.. But the bollywood industry which started like us always seem to be producing something that is worth watching and occasionally always hit the box office.

We have been stuck at the same place for a very long time.. We need talent that actually know what they are doing.. If they have to go study in New York then so be it.

How will you say Bollywood started with us.
