1stly...your friend needs to gather info from the nysc website. Don't bother writing emails or calling them cos they are a total waste of time, effort and space lmao!

What course did your friend study? Cos it ll make a diff in the requirements. Also whatever info I give, pls feel free to verify on the nysc website (the website should be ur first port of call sha and then if u don't understand anything u can ask me). Nysc has recently changed and is still changing their rules which will start affecting batch c onwards so it might affect batch a 2015 too (like collecting call up letters online ...don't know if this will be diff for foreign grads.)..

I see people talking about Flying in planes and giving meaning.. what happened to people who lived and dreamed in times where there where no planes and talked about flying in some other contraption they never saw in real life? why do physically challenge people dream of talking, walking hearing when in reality they cannot do those things, how do you interpret that.

Dream interpretation from what i have read on Nairaland is a myopic journey in my personal opinion and should be used responsibly.
