Good evening guys, so the FBN Money Market is more like a Savings plan but yields higher interest rate than your conventional bank yields.
Why/How?
Your investment is put into Money Market instruments, stocks, real estate also.

The proceeds are paid out monthly, but to best benefit, it's advisable one reinvests such proceeds while still adding money to the investment frequently.

Minimum investment is 5k, minimum holding period is 30 days.

I invested 140k around February, as at May/June, it was about 150k or so, excluding other top ups I did.

The aim for me is to lock in excess funds that can occur sometimes instead of incurring Bank charges or spending it on frivolous things later on.

A monthly report is published to show the performance of investments across board.

If the land is in a good location(present/future), you can possibly buy it.
But if it isn't, I'll advise you shouldn't.

If you also a Salary earner and still lost in your choices, you can set aside the Money say for one month plus in FBNQUEST Money Market Fund and reinvest whatever Monthly Proceeds it generates while you top it up frequently (say monthly).

When you have decided on what business to venture into, or where to buy the Land, you can simply withdraw your Money.

Flash floods cutting of some major link roads, like the cab I took several alternatives, and we were greeted with same news, eyipada, kosona.
From kuto to omida, tried Government house axis too.
Something needs to be done asap to refix and strengthen the bridges.
At least, thank God for the road network and interconnectivity.

Once you take a united front, approach the Preachers, let them understand you have nothing against them, but their resulting actions on you and your family, let them come to agreement to just let one person be coming to your area, and at a later time say 6/6.30am.
And if you want them totally out, you can tell them also and if you need to enforce that, please hold nothing back.
