Good evening Chief. Please I have an issue I'll love your input. My compressor was recently changed, say June, and other checks were done on condenser and gas. Noticed the childless reduced after a while, and it only gets pretty cold in the evening. During scorch afternoon, the AC dey whisper The AC guy had mentioned in passing that it seems the AC gas is leaking, and recommends to me I fix. Want to ask your opinion on what could be possibly be wrong before I spend money again |

Well, some minor updates to several and different apps but the end result is a great improvement. Facetime You can now share your screen on a facetime call, meaning you can share a movie with someone while on a call and it'll synchronise across. Facetime call links Can create a link for calls to share with Android users and windows PC. Facetime Video Background Kinda artistically blur out your Background (like whTs obtainable in zoom) Live Texts Copy and paste words directly from images (seem to be XR and above from reviews I've seen and Apples update info) Focus Mode You can create a Focus for different activities, and determine what apps can send you notifications during a Focus period. Your contacts will receive a notification that you on Focus so can help with reducing unnecessary messages from people. Still going through so might update this later. 6 Likes |

What you did is right OP, but I do not think that you need to move out of your place to your friends. Go back home, its your apartment, if she can't be civil and adjust, then she can excuse herself permanently. What you are doing her is a favour, albeit at your expense (floor sleeping). You can't do all you do without any form of contribution by her, and that's whats really annoying. She needs to understand that while you may be her guardian of some sorts, it also behoves on her to take some responsibility in the house. You were cooking before she came, you were doing things before she came, and you'll continue to do so after she leaves, so she should not think that her refusal of taking up shared responsibilities mean you a dodoyo.... 42 Likes |

Quick one, what exactly is your right if I may ask (I understand what is), even in marriage, one can't expressly have access to his right. You are not traditionally married to her, so this na just pure fornication in the guise of a relationship. My AC stopped chilling last Thursday after I made a quick stop at Ojota (worked on my to ojota) So, gotten two different Technicians to have a look at it, and both are saying its the compressor. The immediate response to this is that you get a Tax Consultant. But also, I'm no consultant, just an accountant so will give you a general idea of things. Before you can decide what to pay for CIT, you need to factor in WHT deductions made by you, and made by others on your tax applicable invoice. Why I said so is because WHT is an advanced form of CIT per se. Scenario: Say you have an invoice of N500,000.00 Vat exclusive. If you are fully business registered, whoever gets that invoice should remove a 10% on the exclusive amount, and pay you the balance of (90%x500k)+(7.5% of 500K) That is the WHT paid on your behalf, as your TIN and other details on that invoice will be used when making the payment to FIRS. So let us say in a financial year, you have a WHT claimable of say 300k, and your CIT computation says you are to pay 450k, you are basically going to pay 150k. Like I said, a tax consultant will be helpful to you at this stage. I will tell you to reference the new finance act, VAT and WHT rules and also nairametrics for more information. Cheers. |

I read a bit of replies to this, and what I think I should point out briefly is this, they are not your Parents. Parents are essentially caregivers of their offsprings. This are simply your biological father, and mother. You were treated like the bad product of a bad union, with no one wanting a reminder of that union, and in their hindsight, failed to account for the future. I think you should offer forgiveness, if you want to, as theirs healing from that, but offer naught companionship to them, aye? They also have offsprings from their respective unions, so why must they single-handed focus on you, wanting you to provide for them, not caring how you fairing and eve knowing the means to do so? You can at your discretion, send whatever you want to them once in a while, but I do not think it will be healthy for you (mentally and all), to succumb to their pressure, as that pressure will not just be upon you, but on the family you are likely to raise later in the future. For your step siblings, I think you need to make them acknowledge who you are first of all, and maybe understand the gravity of what your parents did, but also, might be necessary to have a form of relationship with them, cordial enough to start with. This is not a period of demands upon you, but a period of sobriety and acknowledgment of wrong doing to you. |
