Demdem: The initiator and "respondants" of insults have their posts hidden but the initiator gets banned. I know this because it happened to me also. PointlessB is an initiator of insults. Deal with that.Going by your logic, who is the initiator between coogar and I? |
My friend, ...theres no rule or authority that allows another man to charge at you unnecessarily. Your choice to overlook his behavior is admirable and should only be out of personal principles. Do not attribute your forgiveness to a non-existing rule and regulation. If you change your mind, be mindful and not disrupt this thread.....open a new post to attack back and he can join with you over there.
read the nl rules to understand what i mean. Moreover, i'll be wasting my time opening a thread to attack somebody that only exist in the monitor of my system. Moreover, the authority am talking about is somebody I respect alot. |
@coogar, note that 'craziness' and 'bolekaja' is not the preserve of the few, only that people like me has made it a point of duty and responsibility to obey the laid down rule and authority. |
Currently using phone to browse, so i can't copy the link. Hiding coogar insult against me in the Debate thread is not fair, i believe he deserve what pointB passes through. Justice must not only be done but must be seen to have been done. |
coogar: you never jam!I have out-grown e-war, lets do it offline (or better still off nl), there i'll be ready for you. |
@mod, As an independent observer, i hereby second the move for the removal of coogar as a judge due to his lack of maturity as exemplify from his post above. |
Ngodigha: First class pig, the food been discussed here is not from Nigeria but from red cross and other charity organisation. Develop some brains, Piggy.don't distort history, the food only passes through the red cross. Red cross is never for sharing food. |
I suggest coogar should talk less. 'judges' are known to be conservative. Pls imbibe that. |
AbdulSleek: So why did you ask the question?to know how best to relate with you. You didn't say 'Amen' to my prayer. |
AbdulSleek:OK. May Allah lead you to the right path, not the part of those who went astray. |
AbdulSleek: Repeat the questions please!Do you pray the 5 daily prayer and do you fast in the holy month of Ramadan |
Abdul, pls answer my questions. |
Abdul, answer my question now. |
@Abdulsleek Pls, do you observe the 5 daily prayers? Do you fast in the month of Ramadan? Just asking. |

Thread like this make me doubt the intellectual capacity of some people, must we always comment on thread. Some people may add value to themselve if they ONLY read more than comment. |
tomakint: As usual, we all (those of us familiar with the revolution) knew the coup was bungled why? The initial plan was the arresting of the corrupt politicians and if they resist will be 'taken out of the way'. Azikiwe, Ironsi, Okpara were all penciled down for elimination by the organizer (Nzeogwu and the other four), but what many people failed to understand was that, the coup had already leaked hence, Azikiwe fled, while Sardauna and Balewa choosed to stay put believing it's just hearsays, remember it was Col. James Pam who quickly informed Ironsi about the outbreak of the coup, which eventually led to the death of the coup. Okpara was saved by dint of luck, it was just designed to be like that Akintola romance with the Sardauna in the business of gun-running (where cachment of ammunitions were being smuggled into the country) was what made Nzeogwu and his accomplices to strike. Sardauna had a Jihad ambition on the whole of Western Nigeria first then later other parts of the country. Nzeogwu said this in many of the interviews he granted. So the Igbos were penciled down for elimination but they were wiser while others choose to stubbornly remain!I totally disagree with this, Going by "The 5 Major" written by one of the major actor, Enugu was never part of the plan. Kaduna (Sardauna), Ibadan (Scorpion) and Lagos (Balewa) is the only hotspot. the fact still remains the major player of the coup are Igbo and the victims are non Igbo. |
tomakint: For how long are you little children going to get acquainted for once with the facts about the first military putsch of January 15th, 1966! The tagging of the January 15 Putsch of 1966 an ‘Igbo Coup’ was a craftily designed conspiracy by the British government ‘smart guys’ to whip up sentiments against the Igbo officers in order to make sure power and control of the Nigerian government return at all cost to the Northern officers in the Nigerian Army. After all, not many realise that several officers of Northern origin took part in Nigeria’s first military coup. What many fail to understand here is that many northern officers assisted Nzeogwu when he stormed the residence of the Northern Region’s Premier, Ahmadu Bello. Little wonder, Nzeogwu later described the detachment of troops accompanying him to Bello’s house as ‘a truly Nigerian gathering’ (New Nigerian – 18th January 1966). He went further when he said they (the troops) ‘had the chance to drop out. More than that, they had bullets. They had been issued with bullets but I was unarmed. If they disagreed they could have shot me....most of the other Ranks were Northerners but they followed.’ It was revealed that one of the Northern soldiers that helped Nzeogwu was John Atom Kpera. Kpera later became the first military governor of Anambra State and later military governor of Benue State. Likewise, many of the soldiers that accompanied Major Ifeajuna when he abducted the Prime Minister, Tafawa Balewa were also Northerners. Despite all these exposures, many still ignorantly held on to the belief that it was ‘an Igbo Coup’. Ironsi, the Supreme Commander, was part of those marked down for arrest or elimination (whichever one comes first), but was tipped off by the Army’s Adjutant-General, Lt. Col James Pam through an early morning telephone call. Ironsi was just a child of destiny to have escaped death on that fateful day. He even came across some of the mutineers while on the move to quell it. Perhaps his position as the General Office Commander (G.O.C) may likely be the definitive factor that made him escaped unhurt when he ran into one of the junior officers ‘road blocks’ and still pass through. Reports have it that, Ironsi openly wept after he confirmed the death of his northern military colleagues in the Putsch!why is there no igbo among the victims. |
