This is the Sango to U.I road, (the Oyo State Secretariat is also on that road, which is the approaching turn in this picture). The Road is actually named ‘Oyo Road’ according to the city map, but commuters know it as Sango U.I road or sometimes as, Mokola-Ojo road. Hope that helps |
Tower buildings not skyscrapers. There’s no single skyscraper in Nigeria! |
The rents are already too high, and if electricity and security are charged separately so the service charge of 500k is for what? |
Chochovini:Ok, now compare his performance to that of Mr Obi as a governor too, let’s see your thoughts! |
BoldBrainz:Just use the app to report that power is non existent in your area, is that too difficult for you to do? All these years how do you report to power distribution companies that you don’t hv light… by driving all the way to their depot? Or by just simply waiting and hoping that the light shows up! So what inconvenience does this app cause you now if not that it simplifies ways of reporting power outages? |
Majority of these officers are illiterates who used bogus certificates or means to get the job! (I know this for sure) so probably when some of them received such letters they simply passed it on to a third party for whatever reason, because they don’t really understand the concept of privacy rules! This is where we are at in this country, in 2023 o! |
Level of crime in Ekiti is on the low side, the police service is a FG parastatal and is mainly funded by the FG, so what’s the catch in this generous gesture towards the police by state governments every now and then? My instinct tells me they use this exchange to steal money… it smells corrupt, it looks corrupt and all parties involved are corrupt so…! |
12 trips for 2weeks mean: once it departs from starting point, it travels to last destination and then goes back on a return journey (that’s 2 trips in one day), this can only be replicated for 3days per week to make 6 trips per week. So it’s probably gonna be Mondays, Wednesdays and Saturday… at this initial stage. |
Why are victims always lined up against the wall same way as the criminals? They should be at the police shelter homes for the time being recovering… any pictures of victims of crimes should be on medical bed receiving treatment, which kind country be dis Nigeria sef? No normal human being in any of these govt institutions ni?? |
Malroux:If he was slow to respond you guys will say he’s guilty and he know he’s been found out that’s why he couldn’t respond… if he responds immediately, as he’d done in this case, you ppl will say the way he responds so quickly it shows he’s guilty! Na wa o… wetin man go do dis world wey go please humans! |
What about Bash Ali ![]() |
This should never be allowed as these women have been subjected to so much abuses and are probably chronically traumatized by what they went through. First thing is psychological therapy, followed by resettlement into a new society far from their current environment. Nowhere in this world should criminals with so much records of atrocities and violence be rewarded with their victims as brides! |
SpartaOfLagos:Mary is the mother of Jesus according to the Quran and Islamic faith. Mary the mother of Jesus has a chapter in the Quran, and Muslims follow Jesus too (as a prophet, not as God)… there are thousands of mosques named after Mary the mother of Jesus all over the world, even in Nigeria! So don’t first get big-headed, research what you see first and ask questions from Muslims before coming online to display ignorance! |
“…hit the ground running” everybody hide your wallet o ![]() |
Southwest is safer for flashers of wealth… Yoruba ppl will hail and rejoice with you when splashing money, even if dem no chop inside your money dey’ll still respect you from far. No need for kidnapping you cos you’re the ATM of the poor. |
blazepascal:Religion is not your father’s invention, so why use it for your stupid entertainment! Create your own script that’s unique and not someone else’s religion or invention, that’s how we know you’re creative! |
In Nigeria we pay the lowest for most services, including even tax.

There are two types of people on social media: those who know how transitions happen in economic and political policies… this set of ppl hardly post in matters that are still fresh at inception, they wait and trust the process, because they know. And then there’s the other type of people, these are mostly kids with dumb, naive and generally ignorant mentality. Some of them are illiterates too who just happen to hv phones with free wifi or hotspots. They don’t actually know anything about economic plans/policies… they only react to what is happening in black and white in the society. Only thing they do well is being good typists when it comes to posting nonsense! They’re rude, with weird opinions, they insult everyone and often don’t accommodate sensible opinions, NL unfortunately is full of this type! |
Tntsi:Go and give yourself some rest over Nigeria matter… find a new direction in life and move on, election is over ppl are beginning to realise their dreams already while you’re still here crying over past lost elections! Sorry o |
Wutinky:Those who can name his attended schools are his family and his mates, how am I to know when we’re not born in the same era? Once we’re told he went to school, we accept unless we’re just looking for some stupid excuse to pick a fight or become haters for no reason. If you tell ppl that you went to school, why would anyone be dragging with you whether you’re telling the truth or not… is it that you can’t read or write ni abi what? |
Great2017:Show you bawo, how? Am I Tinubu’s family safe deposit representative? |
Purvan:Ah, se you get mental problems ni?? |
Mindlog:So what was Tinubu doing at the ages when his mates, siblings, cousins, family members, and all children in the country were going to primary and secondary schools No records of primary and secondary yet he worked at professional capacities both home and abroad, became a governor and eventually a president! Abi una be mumu ni? |
ratiani6:That’s what your prosperity p!mp pastors are telling you in the church, that God’s way of blessings you is by the misfortune of another man(?) well sorry to disappoint you that Islamic faith doesn’t allow that, not especially during a pilgrimage to the holy land! Allah is the Owner of blessings and He has a million ways of gifting wealth to His servants without causing agony to the others! |
I wish that the biggest monument in honour of MKO be erected in Abuja someday… he was indeed the atoning lamb for the democracy we have today! |
taylor89:The most stupid comment I’ve read this year! So you don’t have money to buy food therefore the price of other commodities including gas shouldn’t come down? So in your brain there’s no point kwa? SMH in pity for you! |
So president and his vice shouldn’t eat ni abi what are they saying? Our new president needs all the good nutrients he can get o… afterall you ppl said he’s too weak and ill to run the country. Okun inu ni afi’ngbe ti itaa o! |
GBoR will soon change the rules of this game now! Everything naija is involved in is always scatterblasted! Soon they’ll put a year gap before any new records can be considered… that time everybody go rest ![]() |
labake1:Who are men cheating with? Other men? |
Tadeus:Which professors are you talking about? Professional bodies in Nigeria are mostly self-established in the era of military regimes as a copycat to what they saw in Western countries… in contrast, professional bodies in the West are greatly influential in policies making within govt, they do a lot of research and mostly source funds from private companies and individuals, govt contributions are very minimal to discourage corruption and inefficiency. Some of the researches bring about changes in environmental policy, economic development and new innovations in tech and infrastructure. The same cannot be said about these mumu organisations in Nigeria, call any of these ‘professors’ to come and make public presentations on any new ideas that can change the lives of Nigerians positively, na you go switch off young tv in agony! |
How Baba Buhari spent nearly a decade without even considering checking what these ‘organisations’ and ‘councils’ were up to, I don’t understand! They just kept allocating huge funds to them year in year out without any positive impacts on the economy… is that because most of these orgs are filled with Abokis with no knowledge of anything about what these organisations were set up to do?? President Tinubu is actually the man for the job, kudos to him on these actions since he got into office! |
