Albanian Superliga leading scorer Patrick Friday Eze has claimed that he would be open to playing for the Albania national team as he has been continuously overlooked by Super Eagles coach Gernot Rohr. Eze is having an outstanding season at FK Kukësi, scoring 12 goals in the league and also found the net against Slavia Sofia in the first qualifying round of the Europa League back in August 2020. The Kaduna-born attacker first made his name in Europe at Serbian Superliga club FK Mladost Lučani, ending the 2014-2015 campaign as the top scorer in the division with 15 goals. Don't try to sound smart about this. That kid took La Liga by storm and we all saw it unless you missed the part where he did. Well, that is not my problem but yours. His showings in La Liga even earned him Top10 U-21 Ballon Dor recognition and also La Liga recognition as one of the best 5/best 10 young talents in the league. It is facts not sentiments.
