The leading party at the Presidential election level (LP) don't even know some persons or organisations working for their victory.

I have personally mobilized over 1k PVC carrying undecided voters for Peter OBI infact my community right now is 99.8% Obidient( thanks to the community boys I mobilized through the youth body) yet I don't even know who the Labour party ward chairman or local government chairman is.
The same applies to most of my fellow grassroot politicians in other areas.

Meehn I dey jealous labour party like this.
From unknown political party in national politics to leading political party within a space of less than 6 months.
Even APC had over 5 strong parties merged in 2015 before it could get to the level of the current Labour party.

Peter OBI is not your typical Nigerian politician. His type is meant for elections like UK Prime ministerial and American Presidential elections where campaigns are issue based not all these agbado and cassava politics.

The electoral law stipulates that you must campaign in all the states of the federation for your election as a President to be valid.
Even if a state is 95% in your bag. You must organize a statewide campaign monitored by INEC in that same state.

Progress is infective.
I could remember between 2002 -2008 of Obasanjo's tenure. The economy opened up and young guys made legit sustainable money (not yahoo kind of money) also between 2010-2014, many boys I know also made legit money because of the economy that opened up.
Between 2015-date. The percentage of Nigerian youths making legit money dropped significantly.
The only few legit money coming in is mostly from foreign based corporations and social media/ ICT. But there was a general decrease in legit prosperity.

When Joe Biden won his first election as an American Senator, Obama was still a young naive college student.
But in 2008, he saw the potential in Obama and accepted to step down his Presidential ambition to become a running mate to the first black Presidential hopeful.
That singular act paved way for his Presidency today.
He may not say it publicly but I know he(Kwankwaso) is regretting the blunder.
As for his party, being PO's running mate will not affect his candidates cos political parties can adopt another party's candidate as their candidate for a particular position.
