iykmora:You may do well to get untouch with your satellite equipment dealer. He might be able to direct you to a competent technician who can repair it for you. My warm regards. |
Ok. Lets hope that's what the money would be used for. Even the ecological fund itself always keeps me wondering of what use it is being put to when there are ecological crises all over the place. |
chelseabmw:Hope you know this moniker https://www.nairaland.com/cheiseabmw Is masquerading as you and posting with abusive words. Got me fooled thinking it was you. Regards. |
waleco2008:How can you sell dstv with dish for 25k when brand new is 15k? |

profjustine458:Night plans are not so cool these days. Why not sub for the MTN sme data share at 1gig for 1k. That's much better and can be used on all devices any time of the day. Go to the phone/technology section and you can see peeps that would help you sub for it. My regards. |
Thorerah: Photo : Cathedral Church of ChristEver since I came across this thread back in july, this pix has been my laptop wall paper/ desktop background. Just lovely. Regards. |
Augustbreak: O.k.Thanks.How does the dongle work?Does it require subsciption?Do I need data bundle? You could check out the the MTN SME DATA SHARE PACKAGE. Will be cheaper for you. Regards. |

Kamaye: I need a help please, my strong decoder 4922 failed to receive the Daarsat package AIT, NTA and the rest but all the channels on that satellite (Amos 5) are showing except the the Daarsat channels even with blind scan. Can somebody help me with the frequency to input manually or any suggestion please?http://www.flysat.com/amos5.php http://www.flysat.com/e16a.php Regards. |
Easy200: please I would like to know the FTA channels on 7°E I'm thinking of adding an lnb for it thanks my people.http://www.flysat.com/e7east.php Regards. |
microgiant: @odilibe, there is only one LNB arm, what you are seeing is the batten. The LNB is actually attached to the ceiling batten. Nigerians are ingenious.
|
microgiant: Prof OlenyiMy brother in ASAS, I dey. @topic. Quite True. I'll say I misunderstood you. It reminds me of when etv feed on astra 4a was discovered, some installer's down here found it extremely difficult to nail the bird. Some then resorted to inverting the dish to be able to get it. Regards. |
Bencoprof:www.nairaland.com/attachments/1713671_459356_jpeg8a61c4e08427509a71e6c3ef2250002a microgiant: It is possible, that is one of the experiments I want to embark on next. An inverted offset dish is used for low elevation satellites. The dish, for low elevation of the satellite above the horizon, would point to the ground if installed right way up.But looking at the pic, the dish wasnt inverted. just the normal multiple lnb on one dish trick we've all being doing for long. @bencoprof, forget about the under the roof thing, doesnt have any effect on the overall setup. Its just that the installer happened to have taken the dish a bit high towards the roof. my regards. |
@atuagbo. I got your mail. Sorry for taking this long to acknowledge it. Will attend to it by today or tomorrow at most. I hope my reply would still be relevant. kindly accept my warm regards. |

tonididdy: is this all it costs and is needed to make any dish motorable?with a long enough 2-pair telephone wire and a good pole mount dish, yea, that should do it. Regards. |
Nice idea. About time too. |
Now this is a thread for night crawlers. You gat to give it to some Peeps though. |
