I have confirmed it from strong website with the serial number and oda info and it was confirmed as a genuine product
The reason why am upgrading is because someone once said in this fora dat u need to upgrade ur rx before u could enjoy some fta
My take, are u suggesting i leave it that way or upgrade?

n9jaboy: My appreciation to all the prof on this thread, having quitely watch and learned from you guys, i was able 2 track multi tv on my own with a 90cm & signal @ 91% on an srt4940, only kktv refuse to pop up. Also i tracked mytv with a 60cm dish with emmanuel tv @73%.ctl africa, noliwood &noliwood plus, citizen tv etc all came up. I am glad, Merry Xmas to all.

mrkels: After my decorder upgraded itself I did a blind scan on almost all satelites I could fine and. I now have some trend tv stations like nollywood, nollywood plus, EWTV etc,also got joy tv,sports,gtv infact all the multi tv stations back after their frequency upgrade, also got some new ones like silicon tv, tv gold, 4style etc... The only thing left now is a channel for watching live matches, pls house is there anyway I can achieve this?

Rextab: make w7(36A) ur reference point whilst there and standing behind ur dish raise the dish a bit up and a bit to the left. U can use a 60cm dish n above.goodluck

olenyi: And no, u cant get nilesat with mesh dish. The signal is too faint and mesh dish works best for c band signals. Regards.

axace: pls i turned on my strong 4669xii and it started download OTA on it's own i left it to complete it's download and upgrading process it restarted it self but wont come on it just shows the dotted lines on the decoder but wont boot as normal. pls i need help. my holiday would be boring without watching tv. plsss.
