Looking for serious minded people who I will employ to my company. Your job is to look for Native English speakers to work as English teachers in China. English teachers from ( USA,CANADA,NEW ZEALAND,UK,AUSTRALIA,IRELAND,SOUTH AFRICA AND SCOTLAND). It’s important teachers should be from this countries in other to be able to obtain working visa here in CHINA. I would send you different Job descriptions and copies of the contract. You would be on the loop every step of the way, we will not ask for the teachers contact details. The only instance we request for the teachers info is to conduct a Skype interview with the Chinese employers! Those who gets a teacher all you have to do is request for the teacher to make a short introduction video, in the video the teacher should say their name, where they are from, hobbies and so forth, the introduction video would be showed to Chinese employers and once the employers want to hire the teachers, we then arrange for a Skype interview . Those without teaching experience, 0Employers tend to provide assist Chinese teachers in other to help their transition! For a start you would be paid based on each teacher you recommend to the company. After a teacher signs a one year contract, you get paid 100,000. After you’ve have recommended up to 5 teachers you would then be able to earn a base salary of 50k a month plus monthly data allowance of 10k. It’s important I say this.
