Some 70, 75 yrs old men and women behave very foolishly, very irresponsible, very cunning, very dishonest, very deceitful, trying to cheat you, to manipulate you, trying to use their old age to manipulate you or to intimidate you, etc.

I can't help but think, when I get married with a wife and kids to feed, is this how I am going to continue? How will my family respect me.

This is the 3rd time of me replacing my tv set in the last 2years. Whenever I run out of money, I search for anything valuable to sell in my home, with the mindset that I will replace it. Which I normally do but sometimes it takes time because i know i might sell it again within some weeks. This is getting on me deeply with the number of cartons of phones and receipts from same equipments I no longer have.
My generator is another thing to talk about that my neighbors and landlord are starting to gossip because I can't explain changing of generator to and fro when its always placed outside.

I know I need help but don't know how to go about this.
I am not here for financial assistance as claimed by some peoples in anyway please, some of us seek for ways to stop some certain things when we know we are falling off tracks.

I am on my way to lg office to replace my TV for the third time and the thought of it warrants this post.

The church I'm attending I happen to be the group leader of the drama team, last month I invited egbon to my church to come watch our drama in church , while he came over he picked interest in one of the sisters in church who happens to be a soldier, but you can never know cos she's very friendly and very disciplined, because I've seen her treat peoples Bleep up around my area bit I pretended I did not see her.


Now my friend immediately called me to express his interest in the sis and that I should help him talk to her, at first I taught he wasn't serious about me helping him talk to her, because at that age he should be bold enough to approach any lady u want to date or marry, so declined! the day I knew he was serious was the day he was almost crying in the office expressing his love for the sis!

He even went to the extent of reporting me to my elder brother that I'm not a good friend and that good friends help! I was mad guys!! this is nonsense I have never seen where I'll become bad for not taking another mans responsibility, Na me go marry the girl why must I do the taking for him!!! Guys see me ooo!!! my first job experience was actually awesome. It came during the peak of the covid pandemic so I was working from home as a CSR. I hate calls and by God's working, I wasn't put in the calls team. All I did was respond to emails and chats. Started as an intern with pay of 70k, then full-time, pay increased to 150 excluding other benefits.

I resigned to focus on programming. Now got another remote job doing what I like.
