Allah has been so wonderfully to me and my baby.
by this time yesterday, I was down, couldn't sleep cos of what I was told at the hospital due to my little bump that faill to show at 25th week.
Very earli today, I went to d lab for scan and to God be the glory the result came out well wth my baby perfectly placed in my womb.
Thanks to d great mothers here for being there for me, especially my wonderful cappo @ Pathking

been crying,
went for anc today, d nurses said they mearsured 18cm at 24w6d which is nt suppose to b so( though I can't interpret it) . shows d result of d scan I did in Nov. to d gyn but she request for another urgently but I couldn't do it cos I don't have enough on me, have t come home for money.

so, am going for d scan tomorrow and hospital too.but my mind tells me baby is not well, I pray she's well sha.

The scan result will come out well tomorrow Bihizini Lahi, baby will be fine.

Pregnacare is not a must provided you're taken your folic acid, calcium, ferrous sulphate and other essential drugs but if you are like me who doesnt like taking drugs in the first place pregnacare will do the magic for you cause to me, it doesn't have that irritating drug smell.

For lying on your back, i think if you are comfortable lying on that position now its fine but, no one will to tell you when to stop, there will come a time you won't feel comfortable lying on that position. In my case, I couldn't breath properly while on that position.

Ps: Pregnant women are adviced to sleep sideways(right or left)

For the Stretching part no idea some other mamas will answer you.

I use alimosho GH but not under HMO so I don't know how their HMO stuff is.

If you are registering for the first time you go on a Tuesday early in the morning with your husband he will donate blood, you will do some tests scan and pay some fees about 17k (but I guess your HMO package will cover all those) and you will get booked for your first appointment with the doctor.

I saw someone under NHIS. Your best bet is to go to the information center( any other day not necessarily a Tuesday) at the entrance of the maternal child care center and ask how they go about the HMO package to be properly guided so you don pay for things covered under your package . Then you prepare for a Tuesday with the info you have received and start your clinic.
