Good evening mamas in the house, I want to go to my HMO to register, it's Alimosho General Hospital, my question is can I go there any day or is there a day assigned to pregnant women? I only went there for registration and I have not gone back since then, please I don't know how to go about it, please help a novice and a FIRST TIME MOM.

We pray for our GTC mums, O Allah You are the giver of children, grants them pious children that will be comfort of their eyes, wipe away their tears O Allah, Rabbana hablanna min ladunka toyibattan inaka anta sami dua., let us receive as many of them in this thread O Allah.

We pray for our husbands, protect and bless their handwork, don't let us mourn over them, make them to be pious in Your eyes O Allah.

Those are in one depression or the other, You are the one that see our inner most, whatever that may be making anyone unhappy O Allah, turn it to joy for us Insha Allah.

An indirect Coombs' test determines whether there are antibodies to the Rh factor in the mother’s blood.
A normal (negative) result means that the mother has not developed antibodies against the fetus's blood. A negative Coombs' test indicates that the fetus is not presently in danger from problems relating to Rh incompatibility.
An abnormal (positive) result means that the mother has developed antibodies to the fetal red blood cells and is sensitized. However, a positive Coombs' test only indicates that an Rh-positive fetus has a possibility of being harmed. I don't know the exact time u should go for it but mine was done at 16weeks and it isn't painful, blood is just draw with a syringe.
Please work with your doctor and explain to him or her. they will put u thru.

If you've not had any previous miscarriages,abortions,still births,bleeding during preggy, U only need to get a rhogam shot within 72hrs of delivery, though some doctors give at 28weeks and again at delivery . But if u've had any of these previously without getting the shot, u might need to carry out an indirect coombs test to check for iso immunization which will determine the next step to take.
Personally, i took only at delivery. My doctor didn't think the 28weeks shot was necessary.
