few months ago a representative of Feb Ministry of Youth & Sport Development contacted us for partnership to train some people for they upcoming internship Programme and request to send a proposal via email which we sent to them, until now no email has been sent or any official communication from them

fast forward till today, we started receiving calls and WhatsApp chat from various candidate of feb ministry of youth sport development internship Programmed with an official letter bearing our company name and address.
i have no knowledge about this training and no government agency has contacted us regard to this, about 60 persons came to our office today, i don't know who to contact or what to tell them.
below is the letter they came with.

has any person contact any training center attached to they email and they acknowledge that they are aware of the training

my resident addresss is port harcourt, and also my local government is port Harcourt, but my state of origin is imo state, does it mean i will be posted in port harcourt or imo state ??

The law say tenant should be given 6 month's notice. But Guy I will advice you to just leave the premises for her. Tho its painful because you didn't plan for this. ( Stress of house hunting) but for peace to reign just vacate her house.

Some of these landlords & landladies can go to any length to achieve their aim. Don't wait for the situation to go messy or diabolical before you go commot for there.


But if I may ask why did she give only you the quit notice?

You need not to be worryfor the facts that you have the receipt of the of payments.But then,men should be very very careful renting apartment belonging to a woman at times they can do unthinkable things

She is supposed to give you 6 months notice from the time your rent is supposed to expire and not 3 months. That is ,if you are a yearly tenants.
