Growing up and adult life can be demanding (worries about work, school, the next meal, what will become of us in the next few years etc).

As such many a times, we yearn even if for a split second to return back to our childhood moments when we had not a care in the world, trusted people easily, were easily forgiven and so on


This is were falling in love comes in.
Falling in love, affords us that temporal escape from the harshness of reality

No wonder they say love is like a drug. When you are high on something, little things no longer count. You can sy whatever do whatever and just be plain happy.


However taking precaution to "check" your potential partner out, before totally immersing ourselves in the ocean of love has saved a lot of people from years of pain and regret.

We must learn to hold on and study that person for subtle signs

Carry out due diligence
Ask him where he is from, know is culture, get to know how his or her parents feel about other tribes because God help you after 5years in a relationship the parents are tribalistic and insist their child can't marry from your village.

I will blame the wifes. P-square never had any serious beef before they got married. They lived and loved each other. Then they got married and have had two major beef.

I've been hearing about stomach ulcer and the accompanying pain that goes with it. But I never really knew what it was all about until I got diagnosed with it. Then came the severe, gut-wrenching pain and the frequent need for drugs and the attendant weight loss. The last part was okay, I guess cos am a fitness trainer and fashion model so I have to look my very stunning best. I did my research and also, from personal experience, I came to realize that certain foods i and all other ulcer patients consume are deadly to the stomach. So here they are :
1. Beans. This is the worst food an ulcer patient can eat because of its abundance of acids.
2. Garri.
3. Garden egg.
4. Pepper soup.
5. Spicy curries and soups.
6. Soft drinks and any other carbonated drinks
7. Alcohol
8. Cigarettes
9. Fried foods
10. Grapes
11. Sugar
12. Salt
13. Very hot foods.

Steer clear of the aforementioned foods and by the grace of God the pylori will be eradicated.

The split between the famous Psquare brothers is now apparently official. Just yesterday, a letter written by Peter (Mr P) to the duo’s lawyer, Festus Keyamo, was leaked. In the letter, he asked for the termination of his contract with the duo.

As if the leaked letter was not enough to convince fans about how serious the rumblings in the Psquare camp is, a video got released today showing Jude (elder brother and manager of the twins) threatening to ensure Peter ends up in a coffin if he should ever set foot in his house. While the threat from Jude continued, Paul (Rudeboy) was seen saying ”shame on you” to Peter’s face.

Yesterday, Jude’s wife delivered a baby girl, a news that helped divert attention from the feud in the Psquare circle. Lola Okoye, Peter’s wife took to Instagram to congratulate her brother in-law only to be met with comments from social media fans accusing her of being the reason why the Okoye family are beefing each other. Some even went tribal about it. She’s currently trending on Twitter alongside the duo.
