Pep is the S.I unit of football management. Any manager that's giving him some sort of problems will always be hailed.

That's why I love Pochetino and I think he should stay here for about 3-7 years like Klopp, get some tactics right and continue to be Pep's nemesis. He's the perfect nemesis to Pep after Klopp's departure.

In this game, Mbacke Fall is playing better than Faye but Faye is the more talented one no doubt.

Marc Bernal should be the understudy to the DM we get next season. He's good.

Faye should go on loan next season to a mid table team in the top five league. He's Umtiti regen

Pau Victor is having an incredible season, he should be signed permanently, loaned out and eventually sold for profit. I don't think he'll make it here. Looks like the Ferran Jutgla situation again. I'm counting on Guui and Roque for that forward position.

Araujo is coming back, so for Right back, we'll have Araujo, Kounde and Fort. Cancelo is a liability on the right, on the left, he offers more. Generally, he(Cancelo) is a sieve defensively so having him on the left is better because he can at least help the attack.

Left back, we'll have Blade, Cancelo (if) and of course Alex Valle who's having a very good season on loan.

We need two players: A top class left winger and a defensive midfielder. With these two and a good coach, well be very competitive.

Considering our situation, the board is doing a very solid job that's why I was so relieved when Laporte won. We would've been in deeper sh!!t if he wasn't elected.

The problem at Barca is squad planning. From the executive's. Lack of foresight. The squad is grossly disjointed. Missing key figures in key areas. No single consistent dribbler .

You can always get a new coach but if your squad is designed poorly, you have a fundamental problem staring you in the face.

By next season, we'll get our 4th coach in 5 season. When will the merry go round end?

That's not a problem for us fans to worry about. Let the board worry about situations like this.

We're facing serious financial issues and the board, for me have done pretty well in creating a competitive squad for the manager.

Truth is, we actually have a better squad than teams like Inter or Leverkusen. But if we were to meet either of those teams today, we'll be here complaining about pressing and how average we look. Why? because they have a better coach.

I'm very impressed with the board considering our current situation. We need a good coach and of course, we should continue hiring and firing till we get it right. Xavi has been here 2.5 years. Let's give the new coach 2 years or another 2.5 years. No improvement? We sack him, appoint another till we get it right.

I wished you wouldn't discuss Foden here. You have to understand the type of arguments people make here where everybody's player is better than City players until Pep is involved and then they conveniently become world class. That's why I don't indulge in the Foden vs Saka arguments.

Foden is like Rooney. Versatile players never get truly rated because they are the easiest pieces to move around for the balance of a team. It is why anyone thinks it is a debate worth having to decide if Foden (the most talented English player of his generation) should start for his national team. People are even talking about Jude Bellingham that will be lucky to retire with Foden's current trophy hall and achievements.
