I have been following this for sometimes now and it has really helped me a lot as I use to know the quantities of materials needed before getting quotation and it's mostly withing my calculations.

Now I got a quote that I feel it's outrageous so I need to confirm if I'm making mistakes.

Below is the drawing I'm able to get for the dimensions.

The L is approximately = 22m and B minus the porch is 9m.
