But I "confirmed receipts ", and this led to me getting an email which says "your item has been delivered, make a review ". After contacting their customer care, they told me to open a dispute after 15 days.

Hello, I'm a new AliExpress user too, but from my little experience, the "Confirm Receipt" feature should only be used after your package has been delivered to you.
It seems AliExpress doesn't release your money to the seller until they've confirmed you have gotten your package and if you don't confirm it after getting your package, they'd do that automatically after 75 days or so.

I funded my card on Friday with $45, but didn't experience a deduction of $1 funding fee.

Before funding my card, I normally calculate the fee by applying the 1.5% on the amount I intend to fund my card with.
So, card funding is still 1.5% unless they just changed it to $1 recently. Moreover, the former is what is still displaying on their website up till now.

Please, kindly update me when you make another funding.
Perhaps they have effected the $1 deduction under the hood because when I was initiating the process, it didn't say that. The 1.5% is what was apparent.

I think it's network glitch. Chat them up, they'd proffer solution to it.

Alway carry out your transactions when the atmosphere is quiet in order to avoid congestion. I mostly use the night time or early morning time for mine.

I asked this because after series of back and forth with their customer service, I was eventually told that card funding fee for any transaction is now $1 and there won't be deduction of 1.5% fee again.

I was very careful not to make any mistake.
In fact, I have checked the "Virtual Cards" section and I have a single card there.

Now, I've funded my USDT wallet with $5+.
I now have $13.46
I requested to fund my Dollar card with just $13 and it's saying Insufficient Balance.

I'm sad with my experience on Bitmama just now.
I used the "MAX" feature to fund my account and it says it'd pay me $48.09 out of the original $48.25. That's understandable.
Upon card creation, I was only credited $30. I checked my USDT wallet and I still had $16.67.
I tried funding the card with the remaining USDT wallet. It kept on saying "Insufficient Balance".
I chatted Customer Care and she's telling me to fund only $14.
What I even wanted to buy is $45. 😟
I tried funding bit by bit if it would allow me access to my full money. I tried $8 first, but guess what? Another $1 was deducted for card creation. Isn't it supposed to be a one-time fee till the card expires? 🤔😐
Now, I'm just confused.
My USDT is now $7.67 and I can't even achieve my aim of creating the card.

I have $48.25 and I clicked on 'Max'. So, it deducted a few charges and it remains $48.09 or so.

Modified: I tried it again just now and it is successful. It's now in "Processing" stage.

Finally, I was able to open an account that works well a week+ ago. I eventually discovered that the reason for the earlier deactivation was incomplete registration.
After registering with email, one still has to fill in other details in the Settings tab.

I don't know what to do again.
I have opened two accounts already and I wasn't able to use either to place order.
I always get something like "Your account is disabled. Log out & log in to reactivate it". That isn't solving it though.
I have chatted with their customer service twice and they said they've freed my accounts, but it's still not working.
I asked them if I'm doing anything wrong to warrant that, but the first person told me it's because the seller is offline.🤔

I don't think there's any product that cannot be taxed. There's what is called "extant law" which governs the operations of NCS. The law stipulates that personal effects shall now exceed the value of 50,000 naira. Therefore, any personal good whose price falls above this allowable amount will definitely be taxed. This is exactly how customs duty works.

Chinese sellers are quite aware of customs fees. That's why they tend to quote lower prices on such items even without you telling them to, whether they agree to change the Id or not. They're well informed that if the real amounts are declared, such goods could attract customs fees.

I am seeing some products being sold for as low as $0.39. Are they too good to be true or are they actually real?
Also, I stay in Osun State and I know someone who usually gets their orders from Speedaf. Do I have to create an account with them too or AliExpress would link them automatically? I apologize if I'm sounding dumb 😐.
