Hello house, please is it true that Canada embassy does not accept pictures for SP application submitted through paper route? I submitted my SP application at Lagos Vfs office in February but the lady who attended to me returned the pictures included saying that Canada doesn't accept pictures. I even told her that a colleague recently submitted his paper application and included pictures.

I am currently thinking of sending the pictures via web form. Please what do you advise?

I have my application linked already. I have also sent multiple web forms, the replies I've gotten has always been, "we're working with reduced staff bla bla bla"

Hello house, are there February paper route applicants who have received an update on their application yet?
Why would IRCC not provide update on application with them more than a month with them prior to the lockdown in March?

I'm in the same shoe. My application is now over 3 months. In my last correspondence with Nairobi office I was told that my enquiry will not get any response because they're currently working with reduced staffs. I think that's an auto generated reply

It's quite unfortunate that IRCC doesn't practice the first come first serve basis when processing a visa application. This is as a result of individual case differences as every applicant's application is unique and as such treated based on the visa officer's perspective. About 20% of applications are more complex for the immigration officers to process due to things like how easily they can verify information, how well and how quickly an applicant answer their requests and whether the application is complete.

I am also waiting to receive an email to that effect. I feel that they're assuming this is not the right time to ask anyone to do a medical examination because they may not be able to account for what happens in between

Letter for Biometrics is no longer 30 days but has been extended to 90 days from the stipulated date on the letter. So you have to chill until the lockdown is over.

Something must be wrong somewhere. When you last had your biometrics in 2014, was it not 10 years validity? If so, you still have 4 more years

This is my 2nd application

Pls, can anyone confirm exactly when the advert for this job was made and when they did applied? I understand it's a good company but I can't recall applying to the company at any time. I will appreciate a kind response!
