Hmmm. So Chimamanda expects the USA to enter Nigeria and install "Peter Yes Daddy" as President of Nigeria?I I laugh in Swahili. Ignorance is pervasive among many of the supporters of P.O. |
Jakpon:Good One my brother. You dont blame the Obedient movement. They are not educated to know that Wole Soyinka was arrested for the Biafran cause and their own sons, Nnamdi Azikiwe and Ojukwu ran away and even wine and dine with the same Nigeria government that oppressed their people during the war. Its not their fault bro. No wonder many of their men have abandoned the classrooms to go into business. How can such group of people who are not educated be able to understand politics and how its been player? Their attitude is toxic and they are a very hostile people just to say the least. |
Hmmm. Losers!!!. Soon, their eyes will clear and they will either Japa or remain in the background. They will never rule Nigeria unlesss they change their aggressive and DOMINEERING posture as a people wherever they go. |
History555:Leave him to continue to allow his third leg becloud his sense of reasoninng. |
Hmmm. Your instinct has already answered your questions. You earn almost same salary and you spend most in maintaining the family bills and still keep her on month my allowance as well. Its alright man. Its your life and your cross to bear. Sadly, many of us men make the mistake that a woman loyalty can be bought with money when its obvious here that she is just being hreedy with her own money. Tomoro when you are down with no money, you will come back to nairaland to complain that women are hreedy when it comes to money. Ignore the red flags because of the enjoyment she is giving u. |
ZIMDRILL:You spoke my mind |
Hmm. Parents should learn to have the number of children they can cater for and also save for their own retirement rather than depend on their children for their survival. At least she sends some money back home and it's not your right to be expecting her to send certain amount because she has her own life and family to cater for as well. Have a brother with such entitlement mind set and today she is paying dearly for it. No one owes anybody anything except their children whom they brought into the world and should look after. Grow up man. Your sister is a woman. You are a man. Go and hussle for your own money and life. |
Hmm. I thought they were political enemies? Nigerian masses should wake up and learn that these politicians are just one and the same. None is better than the other. Peter Obi is no Saint as portrayed by his people. |
Hmm. Hypocrisy of the highest order. If only they could inflict such barbaric justice to their political leaders, Nigeria would see less of corrupt practices but nah, they would rather glorify these leaders who are the major reasons for the poverty in the land. |
Hmm. This is one reason the youths will always remain slaves to these old cargoes in power when they do not know what they want. The politicians children do not take part in these rubbish program because they have better ways of making money through their parents political sojourn. Sad! |
Hmm. Wasted life. Nigerian youths will never learn their lesson. They fight the war of the politicians and the kids of the politicians stay back at home and abroad and see these ignorant young people kill themselves just because of pittance. Sad! |
Hmm. PDP has been in power in Akwa Ibom state and people will not raise an eye brow about it but focus their attention on Lagos. |
I do bulk purchase through transfer. Also, I made transfer to my neighbour selling assorted items like bread, drinks, groundnut, and the rest and I pick up these little items from her and she takes note of the amount left. But for small items like pepper and tomatoes, i end up paying with cash. Firtuan, money is gradually circulating through banks and some ATM and am having some money but transportation is still the wahala in this period due to its difficulties in having transfer except brt buses. |
Guys, you make transfer. Have learnt never to pay with the little cash I have with me if you don't have transfer capabilities. I transferred some money to a woman in my area today so that I can easily walk up to her and pick up whatever I need from her and she keeps record of my purchase. The only issue am having now is the bus people who don't have means of transfer but we are making adjustments still. In saner society, the APC would have been kicked out very fast for causing us so much hardship but Na Naija we dey wey nothing seems to work. |
Hmmm. Very typical of the average Naija women to think of jumping ship when her man is down but when the woman is jobless for years unending, the man would not make a public broadcast of her predicament but will still shoulder the responsibility and make her feel comfortable still. When a woman begins to find fault with her man, there is a man out there that seems to be catching her fancy and she wants to divorce him and move on to the next available man. |
Africans will always have cause to doubt this inquisitiveness of the Caucasian race. No wonder we are all scrambling to Japa to their part of the world to enjoy what life's has got to offer. We left our own world natural the way we met it and lived at the mercy of nature but the Europeans took charge of theirs and see the result now? Ordinary power we have not been able to provide for our people for donkey years. Smh |
Yamiriflathead:Hmmm. Obviously you don't know beyond your nose to refer to Akwa Ibom state as a poverty stricken region. It's a state whose resources feeds the people of Lagos state and the south west as a whole. The environment is neat and serene, and the environment naturally endowed. |
Hmmm. Your life and your choices. Remember this, many years from now, the consequences of your today's actions would tell on you positively or negatively. |
kingthreat:Hmmm. From the tone of your dlvouce, it's obvious that you are frustrated and the economy is affecting your mood. Sorry bros, you will remain stagnant in your life if you continue to have this mindset that the place of origin belongs to you and your ancestors. |
kingthreat:. A Nigerian citizen has the right to choose wherever he or she wants to be as long as he has lived in that environment for years and has paid his taxes. This is what makes the modern world. Besides, we don't have anything like indigenes but residents. Lagos development is attributed to the resources from every Nigerian ethnic groups as the former capital of Nigeria since 1914 before independence, and that's why the city attracts so many people. If you have confidence that Lagos is so rich, you would gladly allow the Niger Delta states to secede from Nigeria with their oil resources and let's see where Lagos would be with all the population. |
advanceDNA:Very myopic talk. Let's be factual. Let the real lagosians come out and mention their investments in the state and the non lagosians as well and we would see who has contributed more to the development of a state. We travel to Canada and the western countries and we want the white people to accept us as citizens but yet, we discriminate against Nigerian citizens who pays taxes and wants to make an input as regards how he is being governed and his taxes being utilised and you start complaining. Nobody owns any state except your legally acquired property with a Certificate of Occupancy. If you don't stop this poverty mentality of omonile, you will forever remain poor in your own state and outsiders would continue to be prosperous. Tell Dangote to leave your state Na and you loose a refinery. Bros, don't mind him hate. Na frustration and jealousy dey do such people. |
Kagd10:Hmmm. Am sure you must be a teenage adult to spill this hate speech. Well, to all those who are fanning the flames of war, remember this. In Nigeria today, there are two classes . The haves and the have not. The haves have the means to fly out of the country should there be war easily with their families and the havenot do not and are stucked her, for the mercy of God. Do any of you young people see the children of these politicians on the streets protesting or snatching ballot boxes? Let's think for a minute. You claim to own a state but yet, you and your ancestors live in slums and can barely feed well. So what do you owe is practically nothing. The only thing you can claim to own is the indigenshiip and this does not pay bills. You own a state and your children are on the streets acting as thugs and touts, yet you take pride in being the owner of the state. This is 2023. Anybody that go to any sane society and buy properties legally and live a better life than the so-called indigenes, and nobody will raise an eyebrow about this. Lagos as it stands today was not developed soley by the resources of the indigenes only. If Lagos is denied of her share of the allocation of the federal government, it would affect the state. If the other ethnic groups that are not lagosians or Yoruba's leave the state, Lagos would become like any of the Yoruba states. Just ordinary. So, let's stop this ethnic hate speech of its by land. What you own are properties and do you have any that has your name on it with a Certificate of Occupancy? Am sure you don't and you come to social media to make stupid statement. Dangote is not Yoruba but he has set up an investment that would benefit Lagos State and you claim that your people made Lagos what it is today? Smh |
Hmmm. The supporters of Obi will never cease to amaze me with their level of ignorance of how politics should be played in a multi ethnic society like Nigeria. To win the Presidency of Nigeria, they must learn to form alliances with other ethnic groups in Nigeria and also must do away with this habit of wanting to dominate in every environment they reside in. No wonder Sir Ahmadu Bello described them as being an ethnic group that wants to dominate the rest of the ethnic groups in Nigeria. No wonder they fell like packs of cards after the counter coup d'etat and the civil war. They can wait for 2039 when power will come back to the south again after the reign of the south West and the North in power. |
Hmmm. Have never come across a group of people that are so naive and politically illiterate like the many supporters of Peter Obi. No wonder they were described as been Zombies on account of their inability to think strategically and politically. I don't blame them because majority of their men are Illiterate traders who dropped out of school to go make money but forget that it would take education to help them manage their investment and grow them. Lagos is a no go area for non Yoruba affiliated political parties. Find out what happened in 1983 when Akin Omoboriowo tried it with the NPN and the consequences. Sorry, I just remember that the Zombies Obedients don't read their books or even have one because they are blocked heads. |
Hmmm. Those who are chanting war songs obviously do not have investment in Lagos because if they do like Obi Cubana, they would be circumspect and diplomatic in their utterances. Remember, you are resident in another man's land and if you think you can dominate them, think twice. It won't happen. The blacks have lived in America since the 15th century but have not been able to dominate the white race since then. Think of the consequences of the civil war after the Igbos were massacred and defeated ...a word is enough for the wise |
Hmmm. This village Akwa Ibom man wants to stake his bright future for a people who oppressed his fellow Akwa Ibomites during the civil war. He should be careful otherwise, he would be arrested and forgotten behind bars. |
Hmmm. False Prophet. The same man who said 5G was the Antichrist, now opens his mouth to speak gibberish. Rubbish! |
tolue42: |
Hmmm. This government is confused. Where are the new notes? You wanna push back the old 200naira notes into the economy and mop them out again within sixty days. The CBN Governor ought to have been sacked for this mumbo jumbo policy, though good intention but not well executed. Smh |
Nigerians just make things difficult for themselves. Went to the market this morning and everyone was accepting the old notes and new ones together..... |
Hmmm. Chrisland again. Yoo many controversies surrounding the school in recent years. Government needs to sanction the school heavily this time around but we know what we know it won't happen cos this is Nigeria, a country of absurdities. |
Hmmm. Its only a SIMP that will take an average Nigerian gal serious with what they say. Seeing her seated comfortably on the bike and still able to video herself is obvious she is no first timer to riding bikes. Besides, her accent and mannerism shows that she is from a poor background whose parents could not provide the luxury of life. Smh |
