Gbawe: Thank you very much. I wonder why some cannot deploy simple logic to see what is obvious before they bore us with the redundant dollar to naira rate argument they think indicts Buhari of poor performance. While at it, these folks should tell us what has happened to oil price in the past 1 year and the specific economic problem a mono economy like Nigeria, reliant on oil as it main earner and source of foreign currency, will face when its main export is becoming more worthless by the day. Honestly the naira to dollar argument is so incredibly stupid, given the issues Nigeria is facing, I personally feel anyone who cites it is a child not worth taking seriously. Is it Buhari's fault Nigeria is a mono economy, with a moribund SME sector, extremely vulnerable to drastically falling price of crude? The article below is from 2014 when oil was selling for $68.00 per barrel. What miracle will an adult of sound mind then expect today that oil price is around $27.00 per barrel?

anitafancis: Dear readers please mature advice and no insult pls..
Am going throught a difficult time in my life and needed help badly, to cut the long story short, I met this man throught a friend i was living with, she introduce me to this guy saying he has money and he will be able to take care of me, I had no choice because I needed help and the guy has the money to give..
I started dating him and he gives me money a lot and promise to get me an accommodation which I did believe him of course. I got pregnant for him and he told me to keep the pregnancy which i refused but my girlfriend told me to keep it that he may even marry me. After five months plus, he started changing towards me and telling me he doesn't have money anymore. When I try to talk about the situation at hand, he gets angry and even tries to hit me..
He does not give me money anymore, he is always drinking and smoking.. I couldn't go for an abortion because I was scared and it's too late for abortion. I came home after service on sunday and found out that he was not at home and he has packed all his things and left an empty house for me. I cried throught out that day. Where am I going to start from with almost six months pregnancy? I later found out that he's married and he has 3 kids..
What am I going to do?. Pls advice.. dont ever depend on a man, not in this century anyway.. be independent and work for yourself too. |

manchy7531: Correcting the impression of what a slum is like in the East and in the West
The slum in the West is as a result of individual poverty and lack if personal hygiene
But that of the East is due to government neglect and not extreme poverty.
The kind of slum in the West cannot be found in anywhere in the east not even in the villages.
Note this is not for diick measuring but to correct the impression people of both region have about slums in their separate region honestly u don't need this! time waits for no one, involve yourself in more more productive things rather than a childish ungainful venture. |

Christianity Etc › Re: The Concept Of Destiny by Olril18(op): 1:59am On Sep 09, 2015 |
PastorAIO: But ultimately you don't have the choice of living forever. You may have the choice to some extent of when you die, but not on whether you die. So according to you that is not Free Will.
You seem certain that sperm and eggs meeting is a completely random event.
I think I've read your writings on this freewill matter before. What is your bone of contention? That there is no such thing as freewill? Or that we ought to truly have freewill rather than a limited ranged of options? It seems that when you see limited options instead of thinking of degrees of freedom, you seem to think that freedom is binary, ie you either have freedom or you don't.
This would suggest a totally misunderstanding of the very idea of freedom.
In many scientific fields, the degrees of freedom of a system is the number of parameters of the system that may vary independently. For example, a point in the plane has two degrees of freedom for translation: its two coordinates; a non-infinitesimal object on the plane might have additional degrees of freedoms related to its orientation.
In mathematics, this notion is formalized as the dimension of a manifold or an algebraic variety. When degrees of freedom is used instead of dimension, this usually means that the manifold or variety that models the system is only implicitly defined. See: - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Degrees_of_freedom thanks for expatiating |

johnydon22: First of all you never chose to exist, that the particular spermatozoa carrying your biological nfo fertilized the egg was in fact a slim chance of 1:2,000,000, if another sperm out of the 2,000,000 did the result would have been totally different. . .
When there is no existence there is no choice, there can only be choice when there is perception.
You can choose to either keep on living now or to die immediately by killing yourself. that's a good point in dis bro |

Christianity Etc › The Concept Of Destiny by Olril18(op): 9:13am On Sep 06, 2015 |
Good day to everyone here... I have always wonder whether the concept of destiny is real at all,I mean is it really true that there is a God somewhere who has decided for us all what we will become and and how we will live our life before we are born. isnt destiny supposed to be a result of series of actions people have taken 2wards themselves? or people actions accidental or not towards others?
then The question of conscience comes to the face,if our whole lives has been programmed by one higher being, why then do we have our conscience to guild us in terms of our actions and their consequences.
does destiny means an armed robber has been fated to become such even before he was born? the same goes for an hired killer.. if God has programmed our lives, then why should there be hellfire for bad people since they can argue it is God that destined them to live that way..
please I'm not denying the existence of God but the question has to the existence of destiny has always been of curiousity to me.
is it that People are not addressing the matter because they are scared of questioning Religion? |

Sub- Topic :How do married women whose husbands are in diaspora cope sexually?
Having heard how some women lament how their husbands have been in diaspora for years, I feel compassion for them and to think that they are not better than widows beat my imagination.
The average married women rather die than cheat especially if she is Christian and wouldn't give in to adultery.
This is quite logical, spiritual and emotional. Is there an exception to them?
What do you think? (Mature Contributions) lol...religion and crappy beliefs if sexual urge is not a sin,how can self service be a sin?.. body na firewood? u asked a person not to commit adultery because its bad u now say a person should not self service again u can't have it both ways. sexual urge is a strong and intense natural feeling, and self service is probably the safest way to avoid adultery. |

hebenezher: this is what I'm going through: we had a misunderstanding, the cause really was that I didn't call her just for a whole day, she normally seems to get upset and tryna avoid me whenever I behave as if i don't have her time. so I called late in the night around 10pm, her phone rang and the next thing she did is switched off her phone. then the second day around 12pm she sent me an sms, but I replied her with a blasting text, which I told her I'm different from other guys that follow her around like pigs, that I truly love her, but if she wants to be behaving like, then to hell with love and told her that to hell with whatever she stands for, actually I blasted her cause that wasn't the first time she did what she did. after all these, she called I didn't pick, then she text me on whatsapp saying "thanks for the message, that she loves it" especially the "to hell with whatever she stands for, that was why she called. I ignored the message and gave her space of a week, I decided to get her upset so upload females pictures and status inserting other femAles names. which I think got her angry, she started updating status saying she doesn't care about, nagging all sort. so yesterday I typed her, she didn't reply, then I asked why she ignored it she asked if it hurts, I said No. pals, she's been behaving stupidly, updating males name on her status and uploading pictures with her male friends, she's really doing poo presently. avoiding me. " I don't just Know what to do. whenever I tell her to stop all these, she asks whether it's hurting me or not. well, av decided to leave whatsapp and let her do her poo for sometimes.. I mean she's too arrogant, she plays mind games, she's from Benin. while this fight is ongoing she told me, I'm fun to chat with but not fun to be with, cause I'm already getting upset with her on whatsapp. I need advice pals, whether to ignore her and move on. moreover, she told me, she didn't get hurt while I was behaving that way, but she does get hurt I know, I've given given her several excuses, but she's adamant on behaving that way. advice please. she told me to be careful next time on what I do, and be cohere with handfoot people, I don't get,it. actually while chycking her she told me she has a boyfriend at home but said she loves me.. initially, I thought of testing her, and told her maybe we end the relationship, she said owk... the next day while we were chatting she said she's beginning to like me, ah asked whether she's decided to be with d guy, she said I should stop talking out of idea, that their relationship isn't that serious, and that she always tell him she can't marry him... lately while I was begging her, she said so I don't like to be played on, that what about the person I played on.. advice please hnnnmmn u this 17 year old boy again? when u suppose to face ur books |
