that car , based on the plate number has been registered in naija in 2000. That is over 8 years on our "wonderful" roads.
I think you need to really do something about the price.

Do you think those that buy used cars dont like to own new ones?

How many people can afford to pay over 3m for a brand new corolla or civic? or how many people in this nation can pay up to even 1m for a picanto? Even in developed nations, some people still buy used vehicles.

So, there is nothing wrong in buying what your pocket can accomodate.

Also note that some others will rather invest money in more worthwhile projects than in driving new cars about on our terrible roads.

I will like us to note that there is a difference btw "fake" chinese phones and made in China phones.
Most manufacturers, including Nokia, now manufacture their phones in china due to the availability of parts and cheap labour.
But as regards the "fake" Chinese phones, if you are not careful enuf, you will buy supposed nokia phone only to get home and realise that there is nowhere that Nokia is written on either the pack, or on the phone itself. You might even see some that its only if u look closely that you see that it is nokla, and not nokia.

The advice here is that "DO" not sacrifice quality for price. Most of these phones are suspiciously cheap, and try not to buy from those touts or people with kiosks in ikeja, all they sell are fake phones.

i need a fairly big shop in a good location in one of the following areas, Apapa, Surulere or festac. I prefer it being on the main road, and preferably a standalone shop, or maybe a 2 bedroom flat, but can be used for commercial purposes.

I dont have a problem paying charges, but only for sensible offers.

I currently use A mitusbishi spacewagon 2002 model, and i can tell u its a col car.
pls do not hesitat to buy it. Its in the league of toyota or honda, so do not let those that have not used the car discourage you.

the a/c runs well, and the fuel economy is ok. mine is a 4 cylinder GDI engine model. and it has enough room inside.
i hv had it for about 7 months now and the only thing i have done is servicing twice.(this is actually the 3rd mitsubishi am using, having used 2 different galants). i have also used a BMW and a benz, as well as a toyota corolla .

so, dt means i know what am saying.
