ON BEING ACCEPTED BY GOD ALMIGHTY, Please read:

Do you know that you are to live/exist forever, even after putting off your body (i.e death)?

A Human being is actually a spirit residing in a body. Dead body means the person inside (who is a spirit) has left, to meet God for his/her just reward.

To get set/saved for Now and WHEN you will leave your body;
Please accept Jesus into Your Heart as Lord and Saviour TODAY and live for Him!

You are not promised tomorrow!

There's no other Perfect sacrifice for Your sin (they must be paid for before the God Almighty of Justice) except that of Jesus. Acts 4:12

Adam's sin nature, which you inherited through bloodline and your sins, have been fully paid for/handled by God's Eternal Word who became a man, Jesus. He died in your place (God's mercy) and rose with eternal life for you. John 3:16

TO GET SAVED, PLEASE SAY OUT LOUD:
Dear Loving God, I accept Jesus into my heart as Lord and Saviour TODAY! Thank You for washing my sins away and lovingly making me brand new, your child in Jesus Name, Amen! (Romans 10:9-10, John 1:12-14)

CONGRATULATIONS! You are now a Righteous Child of God! Kindly get/download and study the Bible and Rhapsody of Realities regularly. (1Peter 2:1-4)

Please message me for more information. God Bless You!
Family / Re: Should I Be Concerned About Marrying A 39yrs Old Woman? by OLULAW: 6:46am On Jan 25
Namaster:
Are you INSANE?

You want to marry a 40-year old Nigerian woman who'll have the upper hand in the marriage?

She's in a gynocentric society and has citizenship while you do NOT. She'll control and manipulate you however she wants and you'll just have to suck it up!

PLUS at 40 years old, this woman has had at least 3 home-made abortions. Her age plus abortions means her ability to carry a child to term is EXTREMELY low.

She knows this. That's why she has refused to try for a child when her biological clock is already DEAD and waiting to be buried.

Most women her age would be eager to get pregnant and have their own child. The fact that she's insisting on marriage FIRST is telling.

She wants a guarantee that she'll NOT die alone. That you'll NOT run away if she's barren. That's why she's insisting on marriage.

She wants your companionship and doesn't care about what YOU want.

In short:

Go ahead with the marriage if you don't mind being controlled, manipulated and NEVER having children.

By the way when people talk about marrying for green card, they are NOT talking about Nigerian women.

Agree with you. However, her barrenness doesn't prevent the man from putting another woman in the family way. He doesn't need to runaway. A second wife is within his capability if he so wishes.

At this point, just anywhere in North America and Europe is better than living in Nigeria.

Besides, the major reason why people regret leaving Nigeria is if they think that they can pick money on the streets of foreign countries. undecided

Anywhere in North Africa? Lybia inclusive?

Education / Re: Fake Certificate Saga: Benin Lecturers Pledge Cooperation With FG by OLULAW: 3:56am On Jan 07
Time was, when there were only state and federal universities in Nigeria. Then in the early 2000s, private universities mushroomed astronomically. Even state and federal universities opened satellite campuses (something I detest) in apartment buildings and city malls. Besides, there are countless other higher institutions (e.g. College of Education and Polytechnics) in Nigeria. So, why would Nigerians go to neighbouring countries like Benin where French is the lingua franca to go and 'study' and 'earn' degrees?

What kind of post is this?! An honorary degree is not an earned degree. It is just a mere recognition by the institution.

Anyonevwho knowingly accepts honorary causa degree from a diploma mill knowingly comits fraud. Besides, some of the awards are Bachelor's degrees that are normally awarded after undertaking prescribed courses.

There are civil servants, University lecturers, school teachers, medical doctors, church leaders, especially Anglican priests, accountants and more with qualifications from Benin Republic. It's a shame Nigeria as we knew it no longer exists.

Nigerian universities churning out PhDs to every Dick, Tom and Harry, devaluing the award day after day to the point where it's mo longer worth the paper it's printed on. Sorry to say, I respect individuals who deliver but not the degrees they carry. Unbelievably, Goodluck holds a PhD and Mama Patience holds a BSc but both of them come across as individuals with no university education. Few days ago, I encountered a Nigerian woman who was called to the Nigerian Bar but couldn't defend his son on frivolous accusations by his classmates in school, suggesting she must have gone through university and law school by crook and hook. Let's see what this guy does with the PhD. Possibly, he just needed a title!

Is LASU still selling its degrees?

This is deep. Things can, and do, happen. That said, one major inconsistency in his narrative concerns his British citizenship. If he's truly a British citizen, he can surely have his passport replaced, even in Lagos.

One lesson to learn from this is that if as a British citizen, he helped his first wive and children to relocate to the UK and obtain their citizenship, they'll be in the UK (not in Nigeria struggling) to help him. He seemingly abandoned them, and now they are struggling with their own life and cant help him.
Wishing him all the best.

"I like your Christ, I do not like your Christians. Your Christians are so unlike your Christ." Mahatma Gandhi. I don't particularly like Gandhi, but his comment describes most Christians I've encountered. Christians in particular and adherents of other religions in general, make me detest religion.

Education / Re: "Converting HND To Degree Is Absurd" By Punch Editorial Board by OLULAW: 11:37am On Oct 27, 2023
tosinet:

So why is the NUC not giving the HND holders that have taken the "prescribed number of units" Bsc but rather give them a worthless pgd cert?

It's no brainer. If after obtaining HND, you enrol on PGCert, that's what you get. Otherwise, enrol on BA/BSc honours if you want a proper degree.

There are schools abroad where you can go for masters directly with your HND cert which is not so in Nigeria, as schools anywhere have different requirement for admitting students.

You're right. Courses for horses; each to their own. My knowledge of the UK University system is that in yesteryears when ex-polytechnics e.g now Universities of Luton, Wolverhampton, Sunderland, Plymouth, London South Bank, Westminster, etc., started to award degrees, they admitted HNDs into their master's programmes. Red bricks chose not to do this.

The requirement for getting a Bsc with your HND in Nigeria is through direct entry, Another country may require a different path such as allowing HND holders take a "prescribed number units" to be able to get their Bsc cert.

Shine your eyes. If you want BA/BSc, go to uni not polytechnic.
