put in for SA, however he will still have to write the exam eventually before he's allowed to practise. though i do not know the rules governing SA as regards changing from one visa status to another onshore. anything is better than nothing. immigration rules can change.

Please I will like some advice from our seniors here.

I understand Oga Bellong lives in SA as well so I would appreciate if you could add your opinion as well as to whether if this SA 489 is a good option to accept.

Thank you very much. [/quote]

This is just my honest opinion. You can decide to take it or leave it. I know there are people who love it the way it is but before you crucify me, remember I’m only voicing out my experience of living in Australia for the last 13 months.
Melbourne is nothing but a huge disappointment. Run down houses and streets everywhere. The culture of keeping a well kept garden is non existent.
Any new perpective/changes about Melbourne?

have you been assessed as a primary health organizaion manager? if yes, can i send you a mail for details.
Xkoba:

hello doc, the truth be told. its very difficult to assess as a medical doctor because u need to pass the board exam AMC. the alternative is to nominate primary health organization manger or your spouse will be the primary applicant and you as dependant. we are in same shoe

REALLY!!!!! I was Advicing a Friend to do it oo...it seems easy but capital intensive from their website...try Occupational Therapy or something Sports Something....you can try primary health organisation manager if you have atleast small experience in public health or PHCs or health welfare manager..is there anything as physio assistance if there is you can try that route too.
chicyclass:
Good morning everyone,

Please i need help
i have read through zero, and understood some.

i am a physiotherapist, with MSc with 8 years experience. My friend in Aussie said i cannot apply directly with physiotherapy because of the rigors of licensing and co. She said i must choose an alternate occupation/skill. If i choose an alternate occupation or skill, i feel i will stand no chance because i loose all the years of experience. Please any suggestion on alternate skill?? have anyone experienced this??
Meanwhile, hubby studied Engineering and all his experiences are in Sales/Marketing and his age will be minus 5. Please if he chooses sales, what about verification/assessment as his graduate certificate is Engineering.

Please Help a sister embarassed

send the hard copy.... dont bother scanning....it will delay your assessment process because you would be asked to send either via mail or courier....but your school should be able to send via e-mail.....
flyca:
Please I have a problem with the transcript part.
Engineers Australia request that transcript be uplaoded along with other documents when applying. My problem is that my university can only offer a jard copy delivery.

Please is it okay to request the hard copy of my transcript, then scan and upload to Engineers Australia. Is this acceptable? Is scaned transcript acceptable?

why go to Aussie to write when you can apply to Dubai, UK , South Africa...the T-fare to Aussie no be here...you can do Dubai that will also serve as vacay...but Dubai fills up in a twinkle of an eye (like minutes after the portal for exam reg is opened)
Fruitfulmum17:
You are right about APC process been more straight forward than Vettasses. But I don't know how easy to get a visa to sit for KAPS exam in any of their center outside of Australia. please assuming after the exam the assessment letter is been issued to me , which of the visa subclass can I apply for?

Travel / Re: DIY Guide To Australian Permanent Resident Visa - Part 2 by olumuyiwaoke(f): 12:34pm On May 24, 2018
Search for Australian Pharmacy Council the site contains all the info you will be needing and i think they are more straight forward than almighty VETASSES, presently we are only able to migrate on state nomination visa(190 AND 4890 AS IT STANDS MOST STATES HAVE CLOSED FOR US..HOPING TOWARDS JULY 1]...use the pharmacy code to check anzco ...that site as all the info you need...register so you can gain assess as much info as you want for free. as a hospital pharm esp if u work with the govt funds shouldn't be too stressful..you can join cooperatives....save 366k towards assessing your docs then 1m for the exam(KAPS) , travel expenses and accommodation ..
Fruitfulmum17:

thank you for your response. But do you have any information or web links that can be of help to me so that I can dig deep into following the route of assessing as a pharmacist. Be rest assured that pharmacy/dispensary technician is currently on the list. you can check in general professional occupations the code is 311215. I work in a hospital.
are you a pharmacist as well?

Travel / Re: DIY Guide To Australian Permanent Resident Visa - Part 2 by olumuyiwaoke(f): 12:02pm On May 24, 2018
Are you sure pharm technician is on the list? research well ooo, where do you work. if you deprive yourself of somethings and make this a priority you can archive it by next year October(kAPS) its still the easiest and cheapest route amidst the first world countries.......i know its not easy...the KAPS route is better...
Fruitfulmum17:

Applying as a pharmacist involves a lot of money. its not something that I can foot
