Fact .. Nigerians don't want to pay loan back but CBN can work on a method that won't allow anyone to default except the person abandoned anything that has to do with bank transaction.

A law can be made that will make any financial institutions to flag the account of debtor by restricting them making any withdrawal unless they pay their credit back. Also all these Loan institutions in Nigeria needs to reduce their interest rate to atleast maybe 10% per annum.

E.g Imagine a loan of 100,000 with interest of 30,000 in just a month is so crazy.
