Nice development.
But guys if you wanted to stop unwanted or spam calls from these network provider, just download Truecaller application on Google play stores. Have been using it since last year and it works fine.
Besides, Truemessenger also works fine for these unwanted messages.

Properties › Re: Before You Rent That House!!! by oluspicy: 11:46pm On Jul 02, 2016 |
This is quite educating. I remember when I was searching for an apartment in my area here in Ibeju Lekki (Sangoredo Town) After the landlady had agreed to let it out for a total of 150k, and av paid. But God used her to spoil the business. She asked me to pay extra 10k for the fee that was used in bringing light to the house. Dat was where I flared up rejecting the fee.(even av not known if huge bills is pending).
Sharply sharply, I collected all my cash and absconded.
The funny part of the story is that her daughter, who just gained admission to the university, was already thanking God in her mother's inner room, not until we turned down the deal( I'm sure she was in tears when we left) |

I wish Ifayose should try and focus in developing Ekiti. Its a pity that the people are quite suffering in that state. I have friends there who are complaining bitterly on the hardships faced. Workers are not paid also.
And oga ifayose will be making noise on the media, whereas IN HIM LIES THE FAULT |

I wonder what is happening with our Nigeria Police officers in recent times.
That's how one who call himself an officer battered a single mother in my estate because she refused sex with him.
That's how he always does to his girlfriend (s) anytime they have misunderstanding at times.
Well... I always ignores him to avoid trouble.
I pray God should touch their hearts. |

Romance › Why Some Ladies Goes Unclad These Days? by oluspicy(op): 6:16pm On Mar 24, 2013 |
I always wonder why some ladies moves around dressed to expose their bodies. They do it with much pride, undermining whatever your thoughts or action. Is it because they wanted impress with what they are endowed with or to show how blessed or rich they are? Or what else... I saw a lady at Ikeja along the popular Computer Village. Her dressing was so provocating in such a way people around(esp guys)were gapsing for their breath. I felt so bad about different comment that was uttered that day. This is a complete moral laxity on the womenfolk. |
Politics › Re: INEC Has Not Registered Any APC - Jega by oluspicy: 5:38pm On Mar 24, 2013 |
Morgan1092: The Chairman of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), Prof. Attahiru Jega, yesterday, said that no political party with acronym “APC” has been registered. . Speaking on a live audience participation Radio Nigeria Hausa programme Hanu Dayawa, monitored in Kaduna, Jega said the All Progressive Congress (APC) just recently officially notified the commission that it intended to merge some opposition parties into one. Said Jega: “This issue has generated controversy in thepast few weeks. Firstly, the truth is that no political party wrote to notify us that it is planning to merge with some other political parties until the past five days or so. “Therefore it not true that we were notified. The issue became serious when one group came out to seek for registration and I guess that was what made them to write and notify us. But that is not the issue. The main issue is that there are guidelines for registered political parties who want to merge to become a new party. There are also guidelines for individuals or groups who want to form a political party for registration”. The INEC boss explained that the guidelines for registering new political parties are different from those for registered political parties wanting to merge, saying registered political parties merging must have agreed to merge and each of the political party in the merger must have held a convention and agreed to withdraw their registration as a political party to become partof the new party to be form through the merger. “After their conventions, theyare expected to write and request INEC to withdraw their former registration and say they want to join a new party. In spite of all the controversies, none of these political parties who want to merge has held their convention” Jega stated. “We only read in the newspapers that they have the intention of merging andnobody wrote us until about five or six days ago. If anybody wants to register a political party, you are expected to tell INEC of your intention by saying that you want to register a party with so and so name and you want to know the procedure for doing so. “Only one group came. The group asked one lawyer to write INEC saying they wanted to form a political party with a particular name and they wanted to know the rules and procedures for registration as a political party. “If this other group has done so, we would have replied them and tell them the rules and the procedures they are supposed to follow to be registered. So, the issue of whether we have collected the name of this other group and whether we have agreed to register them doesnot even arise because we just replied to their letter by telling them the procedure. “While this was going on, some people started making noise saying that they wanted to merge with so, so name. Some of them were even saying that we have registered the other group with that name. It is not done like that. “People are just making noise over the name which isin the market while we have not even gotten to that stage. While all these noise were going on, another group came up seeking for registration with the same name. “We have rules and guidelines for all this and we are determined to follow the rules to avoid any confusion. But we have not reached a stage where we can say a group has been registered with so, so name. So all thesenoise is just part of our politics in Nigeria”. http://www.vanguardngr.com/2013/03/jega-opens-up-on-controversy-inec-has-not-registered-any-apc/ nelxsantos: due process matas in all. 9jans learn 2 follow dat patern cos it pay z zz z |
