The minister, however, asked NASU and SSANU to give the government three months so that it will forward a supplementary budget to the National Assembly to cover arrears of the minimum wage that had not been paid to them. You forgot NASU,NAAT&SSANU when you was paying others arrears of minimum wage , you also forgot to include it the budget and now you want them to give you 3 months for you to include it in supplementary budget. He, however, claimed that President Muhammadu Buhari does not need the permission of the National Judicial Council, NJC, to appoint an acting Chief Justice of Nigeria. Please Mr Tanko or Kpako show us a section of the Constitution where it states that the president does not need permission from the NJC to suspend and appoint chief justice of Nigeria whether substantive or on acting capacity. |

It is like you all are surprised. I am not , I am expecting punishments for Osibanjo by Bubu and his Cabal. His atrocities in details: (1) In Bubu absence he made a southerner substantive Director of DSS which Bubu refused to do. (2)He also confirm Walter Onoghen a southerner as the chief justice of Nigeria after Bubu refused to do it after 3 months. (3)He also forgot that he was a mere commissioner,sack his superior Mamma Daura when Bubu was absent. Although,late Pa Bubu not minding public outcry has replaced all the appointees. But do you expect Osibanjo to go scot-free?
